Pre-purchase question
Page Builder is mandatory or the site is built only with code? I’m not a fan of builder pages at all and am looking for a theme that doesn’t need this kind of plugin.

Thanks a lot for the update. But there are two main issues that need addressing for the video version, without which, the use will be highly limited.
1. The video player should fall back and display the featured image when there is no video url available. Since not all media have videos. This simple change is very important as it allows the download page to be used for so many more types of media products.
2. The thumbnail videos seem to load all the videos on page load. this is VERY bad as it makes the site unusable for anyone without unlimited internet data. For example, i opened the demo homepage on my desktop and also on my mobile device and it took a very long time to load and quickly consumed over 3Gb of data on each device, because all the thumbnail videos were being loaded at once by the theme in the background.
Ideally, it should only load the cover images and then play each particular video after the user has moused over the video or clicked play. Just like other popular video-stock footage sites. Please, can you make these two major changes as the video demo is not usable in production without them. especially # 2.
1. This option available on your theme option. Mayosis > theme option > Product Option > Video grid option.
2. You can disable thumbnail video then by follow previous system. can keep title beside clickable video popup.

Hi, i cant see any stripe payment gateway method. and plus i don’t think it makes a user account when a user purchase a product. what if the user wants to download the product again from their account? do u guys have any documentation?
For stripe Payment Gateway need EDD Stripe Plugin. Add login page on header login button & dashboard on the account menu. You can create this type of site. But if you need 100% same then you should create few functions & options via custom code.
Hello! I am having some issues where some of my users are uploading the same file for the featured image and source file, which is causing the website to take a little while to load the large images. How can I resize the user’s “Featured Image” after they upload it? It looks like if I limit the upload size from my server, it also affects the source file, which I don’t want. Is there any for this theme to do that? Or is there any plugin that can automatically resize/crop the featured image after upload?

Same for the header…The header builder is a mess, it cannot be more complicated…Sticky Header is like creating a new header on top of the existing header, and they overlap with each other… Even after choosing my logo still your Mayosis logo is showing all over the place.
There is no tutorial for Header or Footer, just short articles in your docs.

Choose the prime template for product. We have only support ticket system please create a support ticket. Our theme is quite large that why functions are bit complicated. Our support is good.Please create a support ticket with you all issues we will help you. Also we write all issue whats possible to describe in our documentation. The rest is we provide via support.
