Hi we were one of the early buyers of the theme, love it…but sadly didn’t end up using it for the client project. I have a couple of questions:
1) If a user saves/bookmarks a listing, can the listing owner by notified? (like when someone likes our FB page, we get notification from FB)
2) Can I show on the homepage: Listings offering Coupons in your area – so a visual way to customize the homepage based on user location? But specifically show them the ones offering coupons?
3) If I save/bookmark a listing, can I get an email notification when the listing offers a discount?
4) As a listing owner, can I send Announcements to my followers to promote an event or coupon?
4b) If I can send announcements, can the system limit the number of announcements based on the listing’s subscription plan?

1. It would require a bit of custom editing.
2. Currently in version 2.0 it’s not an element choice, that is coming in our next version from my understanding. There’s not an ETA as they are still in process of QA testing.
3. Same, would require custom editing.
4. Also would require custom editing as the announcements are on the description only. Other than Ad’s but those are search result placements there is no notification other than “listing has replied to your review” if a visitor left a rating / comment on the listing.
4b. Sorry, this all is pretty much not what the theme is designed to do out of the box and would require custom editing.
You can submit a request for a Free Quote as they provide affordable solutions.

Pre-Sales : Hi, I have reviewed your docs and I don’t understand the configuration of free listings versus paid listings.
1a. Are paid plans associated with their own page template which we can modify to include more features for paid listings?
1b. If that’s the case, do we need to associate a submit listing page which matches what we want to display on the individual paid listing page, or is the submit listing form generated from the page templates we created?
1c. If someone is submitting a free listing, do the paid options in submit listing form appear on the form, grayed out, or .. ?
If you can point me to the documentation on this, I would appreciate it thanks.

1a. Yes, paid and free listing can have different options that you’ll assign when creating the plan. You can also add custom fields.
1b. The theme will use the same add listing, submit for all. It’s all controlled by the Plan they will select.
1c. They can be hidden totally or grey’d out.

The locations are A-Z and would require creating sub categories for example to sort differently or some custom editing depending on exact why you want it to be.

2. Yes, you’ll just need to setup the Plan to allow the # of listings they can add.

Thank you, I will be buying your theme. I just want to make sure you didn’t misunderstand my question, because it is so crucial to my business:
Is there the ability for users to review other users?
What I mean by this is, I am wanting to create a website much like airBNB and I need the ability for hosts of houses to be able to leave reviews on renters so that renters can build a reputation.
Renters will be listings, the listings can have reviews indeed. Renters can reply in private and public to renters. Buyers will “Join” and have dashboards, to review can be instant or members (registered only).
—No review of other users to users.
—It’s users reviewing renters.
At times, some custom editing is required to go beyond what the theme is able to do out of the box. But, so far I do not see where it’s going to require it just saying if something is not perfectly fitting.
Then some slight modifications, editing would be required. For the most part, really is all possible with the Plans, Theme Options.
Add unique notification templates to all email notifications.

Hey guys This is by far the no 1 product in the whole directory industry. Very SEO friendly and ranks really fast on Google. We had some custom SEO work done to this and it does even better with those implemented. I have purchased and been using it for a year and a bit now and I have a couple of questions that does not require wasting support ti me, here they are: - Coupons: Users/listers can add their own coupons but there is not VC element for admin to create a page with that element to show all coupons from all users on one page and link it to the main menu, we need one just like the “events” VC element for coupons. And are there limits as to how many coupons a user can add say over a certain amount of time? would be good to have this too! - Events: Is there any limits for users as to how many events they can add over a certain amount of time? would be good to have this as well. Without those features the site would be flooded with a ton of coupons and events as every user will keep on adding those everyday and it is very difficult for admin to manage all that manually. Say 1 event every month & 2 coupons every month makes sense right now. Please let us know if these are coming on the next update. Thanks

In the next update it’s my understanding that there will be many new changes including the ability to use an element for coupons
I’ve not seen anything about a limit to the coupons in ver 2.0 as I can create many so I’m thinking it will be the same for next version release.
As for events, I sorry I am not aware of this we’ll have to see when it’s release. Then if it’s not how you want it to be I’d suggest a small custom editing project. You can get a Free Quote for whatever is not the way you need it to be here as they offer affordable pricing.
Another suggestion is to make sure you join our Facebook Group as many other directory owners assist each other with tweaks to their projects and of course those are free advise and not supported by us.

It also would be great if you guys could either limit the user of coupons & events or allow admin to monetize them from theme options, say if admin were to be able to set a fee for each event or coupon added it will deter users to want to add multiple events or coupons. Please let me know if this is on the books for your guys, I am willing to pay for updates like this as a paid update or an add-on as an option. If you guys do this, your script would be near perfect then. Please discuss this with your dev and let us know. Thanks

Style 3 is for those not wanting it to show, this would require a bit of editing. Just like another style does not show map or reviews etc.. it’s how that is out of the box for such choices.
