Thanks. But seems your online editor ain’t working. I used it to tweak an email template, saved and clicked Export, but it keep showing this mesaage: Download option is not available from public workspaces. To enter member’s area, please submit your credentials on login page!!! how can this be solved or am I doing something wrong? Its frustrating you know having logged in for several times now.

Thanks for your interest in our porudtc.

1. You can change the background color of any elements. By clicking on the area of the element, it will appear an option panel on the left side to change the background color

For example, if you want to change the button background, click on the area of that button, the option panel will appear on the left side screen.

2. It’s not packed with signature templates by default. But we can create & send privately if you want.

I found it. Its a difference in hows the templates works. On the previous template I used it loaded the entire sample into the window when I clicked on it.

It’s just default how this template works. Only few main blocks loaded, while you can add other blocks as you needs using drag and drop option on Mailster editor.

This templates has hundreds of blocks / modules, if entire sample / blocks loaded we will find it difficult to find which blocks we actually need and what’s not..

We just added a button to “clean editor” to remove all pre-defined blocks in the editor box, so user can start adding only their preferred block from scratch.
