Hello – I’ve had your theme for awhile now, and hadn’t gotten an update for some time. When doing the recent update through the Envato plugin it ended up overriding all of my content, which isn’t supposed to happen when I do it that way as I did not change any core files. However, when trying to re-design from scratch I am unable to import in any of the demo content. The demo sample sites are no longer linked and not listed by demo folders (ie: chocolate demo, cake demo, yogurt demo) within the theme download folder. Now, there is just (1- Theme options import).
I see that your response to everyone is to go to your support forum and open a ticket. I did try to do that first before commenting here. I am registered but forgot my password. I do not get an email sent when I do the steps for “forgot password”. I also tried registering again and did not get an email with a password.
Can you please help with this situation? Thanks.

The icons were hosted on your domain but appears that the domain has changed. Hi Nick, I didn’t receive any email back to my query? Do you have my email address. The images from my website are not loading because it was originally set up to sources the images from your website. If I do this myself, I will need to hire a web developer to replace the images at a cost.
I am not happy with this service. Other people have had the same issue as you can see in the comments. Would you be able to fix the imagery back where they were being sourced from. This is taking quite a long time to fix.
