Hey, the copyright text field under customizer doesn’t accept shortcodes? I tried adding [year] shortcode to display updated year but it doesn’t seem to work. Other text fields in widgets work, but just not this one. Let me know.

A freelance designer we hired about 4 months ago was designing our website. The designer used autoResq as our theme but didn’t finish the job, since we couldn’t access the Wordpress dashboard we have to now restart the design of the website using autoResq theme. We have managed to start a new Wordpress and are now using your theme. But we need to upload the demo data, but when we try import the demo data it says theres an error connecting. We get this message – 404 not found. What do we do and how can we solve this please?

Hello! You need the latest theme version and that import of demo data will work as expected. If the account used to buy AutoResq was yours please download the latest theme version and use that(it will work 100%). Otherwise you could ask the freelancer to provide you the latest files. In order to get support you will also need to have a licence code. Thanks!

Hey sorry, just want to follow up on the PHP 8.1 compatibility with this theme. I’m using the latest Autoresq v2.1.16. There seems to be an issue with all buttons and hyperlinks that are manually input. Under PHP 8.1, the other pages navigation are working fine, only the buttons including on the Rev Slider, etc are not redirecting, it would show the spinner spinning forever. Can you check on this and provide a theme update to be fully compatible with PHP 8.1?
I have set my PHP back to 7.4 currently so my site visitors can navigate without issues. Need this resolve soon please.

No, there seems to be some coding incompatibility with this theme when running under PHP 8.1x. I just checked with my webs hosting provider, all our PHP settings are good. But this theme is having issues when clicking on links to form pages. Those form plugins are working fine on other themes running PHP 8.1. But if I revert back to PHP 7.4, then all works fine with your theme. Can you please double check? I need this resolve ASAP as my Web Hosting Provider will use PHP 8.1 by default in 2 weeks. Thanks.

Hello! It’s working as we tested and you can also check the demo site … perhaps you have an issue in your configuration. Make sure you set the Category ID you want to filter and your products have the right attributes. Also you should have the setup for WooCommerce already done. How are tag pages, categories, search results displayed on mobile devices – is it good too? On the left is an empty field, and the text on the right is a narrow column.

I am writing to let you know that there is a problem with “Slider Revolution” plugin, during the activation I had to wait like a minute and then I got a white screen, after the refresh this message appeared and now it is on every page in the admin panel “Warning: “continue 2” targeting switch is equivalent to “break 2”. Did you mean to use “continue 3”? in /home/yeswedd/happyauto.bg/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/operations.class.php on line 2858”, even though I have disabled the WP_DEBUG in wp-config file it still appears. Also I had to disable the plugin because during the “Import Demo Content” step the automatic import keep returning “Not Found(404)”. After the import I have enabled the slider and now the site is running, but for some reason the page title for example Shop->Products looks different then on your theme, the text is white on a gray background. My WP version

Try to set your error log to log errors to file instead of displaying them … because that warning breaks sime ajax requests and that’s why you cant use the slider and do the import right. Such fast response! Unfortunately it wont let me submit a ticket because I gave my money to Elements (Envato) and that doesnt let me post a support ticket.. The value of paying annually to get zero support just ended my second year of subscription. Do I have to buy to figure out why after installing even max mega menu that the align left is overwritting everything ive added through css.
