Sure, please understand it’s a sandbox and messy at times.
You can:
Sign up as user via the Join, scroll up to menu top – hover profile / click and go to dashboard.
Add a Business (if plan exist) sorry, others busy as well testing all things. No need to pay while testing demo.
Login as Admin, create a plan, then go sign up, go activate that listing.
Theme Options are there, the users, other sections of WP hidden or we’d have no demo at all – lol

That’s a great idea! Being it’s based on Wordpress, just about anything is possible. Not sure if a plugin is out there or not. Either way, we do not support 3rd party plugins they are commonly used.

Thank you for your interest in ListingPro. As it is out of the box, we do not provide. Yet, many directory owners use 3rd party plugins to add various content to their website. We simply do not offer support for 3rd party plugins. It’s up to you, since it’s your directory.. you might even want to consider the options provided via the WP Bakery Page Builder that’s also included with our theme as it has many elements you can deploy into the directory.

First of all, congratulations for building such a highly rated theme here on TF!
We are aiming to launch a new site which would essentially be a directory with a focus on content.
We would need:
1. Kind of hubs by region and type of entries (2-3 different key categorisations)
2. Classic directory (without opening hours) with the ability for the paying customers to easily push content categorised / tagged like their main listing entry
3. News section: it would be a kind of blog but matching the same taxonomy as the main directory
Do we make sense?
We have a few questions:
1. Basically, how sophisticated and integrated are your blogging features?
2. How does your theme play with plugins enabling automatic content creation via RSS feeds?
3. How smooth the integration with WPForms? And PayPal or Stripe for payments?

Yes, the Plans you create can be categorized and sub categories.
2. Classic directory (without opening hours) with the ability for the paying customers to easily push content categorised / tagged like their main listing entry
When setting up the plans, you can turn this on or off. Description area supports shortcodes for example, sky is the limit as to what you want to provide them just as long as it does not break the theme.
3. News section: it would be a kind of blog but matching the same taxonomy as the main directory
News can be a “news” category and use an element to display it, or sidebar etc..

Officially, we do not support 3rd party plugins but the directory owners use various ones as they each have unique request.

Again, same for 3rd party plugins we officially do not offer support for them. If theme is not working with any plugin, you simply work with the plugin provider as they support the plugin.
Our theme already setup to handle PayPal, Stripe as well as 2Checkout.
For whatever is not “out of the box” and not a provided feature.. please reach out to the custom editors and they will provide you with a Free Quote..

Hello,
I had to reinstall the theme as I experienced some major bugs with my wordpress. It was loading incredibly slow etc. Unfortunately, now it tells me that I have an invalid license key. I’ve tried to create a ticket, but i’ve forgotten my password and I’m unable to retrieve a new one. I get the following error message when asking for a new password: The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function. My email is a gmail account. I put in another gmail account just to check, same bug.
Please help.

Hi, I’ve tried installing the theme first time round and it was fine. But i had a corrupted wordpress DB.
since then i deleted my DB and wordpress project and now im installing the theme again on a NEW DB AND WORDPRESS PROJECT and its telling me i have a invalid license key?
Does this mean i wasted my money on a 1 time installation only???!?
Do i need to pay $100 for another license because i didnt even use the one i paid for more than 2 seconds?

The only thing that expires is the support, I see your support is active and you will not need to pay support to assist you with this since it’s active. I would like to have the ‘Add listing’ button to redirect to the ‘Submit your listing’ page instead of the pricing plan. When I inspect the add listing button it shows this a href=”https://susit-reviews.com/submit-listing/” so technically it should be redirecting direclty to the submit your listing page but it does not. How can I modify the code and which file needs to be modified?

With listingPro, there’s many ways to get something done since it’s based on Wordpress. Depends on your web experience, knowledge of Wordpress. A plan can be assigned as paid or free, categorized and even switched to private. Depending on the project itself and the user experience.
At times, you’ll need a bit of custom coding just depends on the route you take.
You can hide the Join and redirect to it after checkout for example.
Custom editing is provided by partners, that handle the custom projects based on the scope. Get a Free Quote as they offer affordable prices and know the theme inside and out.

Pre-Purchase question: If I add a listing for a business in Australia and add there hours of operation.. then view their listing via my location in Phoenix.. will it show their listing as closed? Basically.. does the hours of operation show based on the listing timezone or my timezone?

When using this theme, I noticed how slow my website was loading. I was thinking that the script was large and it could be fixed by simply upgrading my hosting plan. I’ve noticed however that this did not affect the speed of my website the slightest. I have several websites that are larger and runs 5x faster than the one I use for listingpro. My website is running too slow to have any future and it is not because of hosting issues, and it’s not because the website is generally too large. It must be because of something else. After setting up the GoogleMaps APi, the map displays correctly, but the ‘drop a Pin’ feature doesn’t work on desktop or mobile (MacOs Chrome, Safari and iOS), this looks like a bug.
I’ve now found how it works, you have to drag a pin from the default position (New York) across the Atlantic to your location (the UK). I was following GoogleMaps instruction on using a long-press/click to place a pointer.
Now I need to find out how to set my default map location to UK not USA.
