since I have updated the latest version of this theme “Additional Traveller Fields” is not working and also the menu font family does not display at once, you still need to update the navigator to see the font family loaded.

Hi, i got another question: I built ahomepage in boxed style and therefore there is an image in the background. The main page has many wrappers with stuff in it. I would like to lokk the wrappers like “swimming” on the background image – means each wrapper should be shown as a box and between the wrappers there should be space, where the background image can be seen. I was not able to manage this. Is this kind of design possible ?

Please try use this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post. Please go to their setting and enable tour post type.

I already purchased the Theme and now using it to list service provider. The service provider are located in whole Europe. I want to give the user the possibility to search via City or Region. The user shall write his desired City and optionally a distance. The system shall then list all service providers in that region. Additionally to this, it would be even better if the service provider (locations) can be shown as points in the map. When one of these points is clicked, the serviceprovider shall be shown. Is this possible ?

Little bug, if you create private tour with password access and enable for this private tour booking, user when click in button booking, you can see the tour and begin booking without put access password.

in single/tour.php and single/tour-2.php file in tourmaster plugin folder to fix this :)

Also is it possible to add a particular tour price per day, so that the guest can choose the amount of days they want and the price will calculate depending on the number of days selected? Currently i see only static days like 1 day, 2 day, 7 days etc

I have 4 questions.. 1) How do you disable the “X travellers are considering this tour right now” box on the bottom right side? 2) Is it possible to set the price of the tour to display as “FREE” instead of $0? 3) How do you customize text such as “Availability” (should say Tour Date) and “Enquiry”? is there a localization section? 4) Do you have a recommendation on a good way to synchronize a tour with a Facebook event?

Before you make me wait another 24 hours for an answer, please make sure your ticket support system actually works. When I try to submit a ticket, your site keeps telling me that my purchase code is for a different Envato product. I tried selecting both Tour Package and Tour Master from your dropdown list. The theme I purchased from you is TravelTour. I copied & pasted the purchase code in the email recept I got from Envato for TravelTour. I also tried clicking the green “Verify purchase with Envato” button and it just refreshes the page and makes me select from the dropdown again, so it’s in a loop. This is frustrating.

Sorry for the frustration. Seems like you chose the wrong item. Both Tour Master and Tour Package are wrong ones.

You must select “Travel Tour” from the list. In your case, it should start with “[verified] Travel Tour….” Please check this out : https://take.ms/aQgJV

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to do at the moment, I think if you don’t need your users send receipt, you can tell them send the transaction code image only.

Hello Googlayers, I would like to clarify about the booking system. Is this a single booking system? We have a problem on your Booking system. If a person would like to book 2 tours at the same time, it needs to book separately. Is there a way to book at the same time for many tours as the guests wanted?

Ok running into an issue, there seems to be an issue with the prices of the tours being cropped or split into two lines when seen on ipad or samsung tablet. Plus the prices for related tours seem to be cropped at the bottom as well. Can you please help in resolving this issue asap? Thanks.

Hello, Is it possible to create several payees, i.e. different accounts, so that a tour has a specific payment account? Example: Tour 1 is from provider 1, emails and accounts should be forwarded directly to this provider. Tour 2 is from supplier 2, emails and accounts should be forwarded directly to this supplier. You can create new user accounts. Can I assign certain tours to a certain user?

If not, is there a plugin that would make this possible?

The theme seems great with extended demos. My question is for credit card payment only through PayPal, via Stripe, Authorized.net, and Paymill. Those all are not allowed in my country. We have some bank they have own payment gateways which need to integrate into the website. Does anyone of your developer team help me to integrate it into your plugins?
