Hello, Kindly let me know if this them will work or not? I purchased this theme for a Purpose and it looks like it just wont work. I was told my passwords dont work. I trued them and it did I have even gone to the extent of resetting all these passwords just in case I was wrong.
You think its best to ignore my case and provide assistance to others? Please I need assistance urgently. if you think you will not just make it obvious and I will just count that money wasted and look elsewhere
That certainly cant be the case I have just logged in by copying and pasting the password I sent you? I even just tried from a different PC and I logged in so how is it that you cant log in? I am going to reset again and send now!

i) To remove the wooden background

Hello, I want to use the demo page for creating my website. I already installed the demo content with Unyson, but when I click on my website, I can only see the RedArt logo and the scrolling doesn’t work. Okay, so I figured out that the Demo Content for RedArt is working on Google Chrome, but not on Safari and Firefox. Why? Is this a problem that only I have?

Yes, you can customize your site with your own photos. And you can customize the site with WP Bakery Page Builder and not the unyson plugin builder.

So kindly deactivate all other extension from unyson and deactivate the plugin after import the demo content.

I tried to install dummy data using the importer function. Unfortunately it did not work completely. The main menu contains too much elements and also no images are there.

Hi,
I have another question. I have having an issue with an internal server error, This error is stopping me from being able to access my dashboard all together. My hosting service told me there was an issue with the Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin. They said I should disable or delete this plugin to trouble shoot the issue. However, I don’t want to mess up the site.
I don’t see the name Ultimate VC Addons in my Plugins, but I do see Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder in plugins. Maybe that’s the damaged plugin?
Aslo, would deleting or disabling this plugin mess up the editing and flow of the site?
Also, do you know of another way to deal with the internal server error possibly caused by the Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin?

Thank you, that’s exactly what I thought. It didn’t make sense that the plugin from the theme are causing an issue. I haven’t downloaded any other plugins to the site, so I will continue to work with my hosting to resolve the issue. Even though they are seeing that plugin as the problem causing the internal server error, I will try to get it resolved without messing up the site.

It seems you have activated many third party plugins which causes the issue . For example – http://prntscr.com/n79foe . So , Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict .

Gallery – When creating a gallery inside a default post, I would like to have images displayed and opened by having them popup, then I need to click left or right to view the images. Currently it either shows them without being able to enlarge them, or takes each image to an attachment page or directly to a page where one image is displayed – isn’t there some kind of a built-in gallery viewing plugin on this site?

Would it be possible to increase the height of the header area because my logo is more square than rectangular?
HI – how do I get the menu on the model demo to be hidden? It is fixed on the screen and text behind the menu can’t be properly read because it cuts off? Is there a tick box for this?
