ok so been testing the plugin and support, I have to say documentation not up to scratch at all, support takes long to reply. why have a quote option but it does not display the values? then say you need to customization of the plugin. Nice plugin but you guys need to update documentation as well support. Before purchasing please know what you buying as the support and documentation not as great. Cant assist with examples as well.

On the admin demo, there is no taxonomy sub-menus (Resource, Person, Deposit …etc) under Inventory menu. How does it work ?

Hi wanted to know if you support different deposit types per different vehicle, that is car A daily rate of 250 and deposit of 2000 and then a reduced deposit of 1000 plus extra cover option, this will need to change per car type as well.

Yes. you can change the label from product settings panel. Please check our rnb plugin docs to get more idea about this.

Hi Our plugin works well with wordpress latest versions and quite a few of our customers are using our theme with the latest version of the wordpress. However we have not tested our theme fully with the latest version of the wordpress and hence we have not updated that. However soon we will do testing with latest version of the wordpress and update accordingly.
Possible to set so cars dont have a fixed location for customer to pickup; but that we deliver the car to them? In demo i see i must look where cars are. But would like to let customer set their locations so we deliver the car to them.

Hi Yes, unfortunately you will have to purchase the whole theme again. As you are using our rnb plugin already, if the plugin fulfills your rental website feature then it should also be working with our theme.

“Geobox enabled” means site admin can add location for the products to display this on google map. And during the product searching on reactive search page, geobox data will be helped to locate product on map.
Now about your another inquiry, live update using GPS locator isn’t available here. If you install one, we can’t give you assurance. Because we didn’t check any compatibility with GPS locator.

Pre-purchase question… if there is only 1 specific bike in quantity and it is rented lets say from 7/31 9am – 8/1 10am and someone else wants to rent that same bike from 8/1 12pm – 8/2 9am, would the product show available for 8/1 as long as the time is selected after 10am or would it show not avaialable for whole day? I didn’t know if it shows out of stock based on day only or day and time.

Hi 1. yes it is compatible for dress rental site considering that our rental features are sufficient for your dress rental features. 2. for users we have used woocommerce. So register user can see their orders. 3. Can you please clarify what do you mean by your dashboard? our theme has the wp dashboard and rnb calendar through which you can see the booking orders.

For people who are looking to purchase this item should just avoid, the support team is ridiculous.
I had issues with fonts not working after changing them in the typography options, so i contacted the support team to assist.
This typography options is a feature of the website btw, you guys can check their gitbook for more information. And apparently it does not work.
Guess what the support team gave me as a solution? Asking me to do custom css, absolutely ridiculous, it defeats the purpose of the typography feature in the first place.

When is soon? I purchase this theme in hope to complete my project asap, now that there is this issue, I cannot proceed further. Even if i were to do custom css, it would be overwritten once the new update is out. Basically this theme is now broken.

Another update, footer colors are not working as well. It seems like the entire turbo style css is overwriting majority of the features in the theme option.
