how do you edit the background colour of the top menu for smaller devices. I have changed the colour when viewed on deck top but if I resize the page to make it smaller it still shows the old colour.

Also how do you change the background colour of the active tabs on the product blocks on the home page.

Hi DigitalAtelier, Do you know is the following a possible bug in Journal 3 Filter module: Case 1: There are e.g. three values in filter list: A, B, C. User selects e.g value B. Right after the user selection, the sort order of filter list values is changed to B, A, C and results is shown on the category page accordingly. In this case, incorrect behavior is as follows: filter should not reorder the list of available values and should keep the values list intact like A, B, C or alternatively value(s) that is not selected should be hidden like A, C. It seems that the reason can be as follows: the filter cannot properly compare results against the available filter list values and leaves those values (incorrect values) on the list that do not make anymore sense to select if you plan is to make somewhat decent further filter selections.

Case 2: The following very similar odd behavior applies to the results of filter selection on the category page: Very often it happens that when you enter to the category page and select some filter value, there result shows in addition to the correct results also other products that are not meeting the filter selection criteria. List of results is ordered as follows: first correct products per filter selection and secondly number of product that are not meeting the filter selection. Correct behavior should show only those products that are meeting the filter selection. This is very odd to troubleshoot since very often when you do the same selection twice, the results is correct and only those products are shown that are meeting the filter criteria.

Hope you got my point and can tell me have you seen the above bugs in the filter module. This case applies to OC2.3/Journal 3.0.39 setup. Thx

Hello, I searched but couldn’t find any similar topic I’ve opencart 2.3.0.2 Using journal theme 3.0.16 When i add product to cart then i go to view cart page before checkout The page enter refresh loop. View cart page never stop refreshing ( Only in mobbile version) (may be the problem is in file catalog/view/theme/journal3/js/mql.js

Hi guys. After the last update v3.0.39, the stock quantity is missing on product page. Instead it shows the stock status. What can it be done to show just the product quantity if product is in stock, like before the update?

guys i keep getting payments in paypal but no order in opencart, they keep going to missing orders section.. is there a way to resolve this? i did research and it is certainly not ipn issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, first of all congratulations for designing the best ecommerce theme. Your theme is the most customisable well designed theme I ever seen on themeforest. i wish you launch a Wordpress version too because Wordpress has more plugins than Opencart. Saying that i’ve some questions if you can help me: (1). How to show more than 4 columns on products page (2). How to change the background image of ‘end of summer’ & ‘why buy from us’ section (3). On ‘our best selection’ section there are 4 columns and 4 rows. The first column is showing only 3 rows. why is that? (4). On the footer I turned off the ‘latest news’ section and on the right hand side there is a lot of empty space left. So how can I put the rest of the 3 columns in the middle to maintain equal space both on left & right sides (5). We use journal’s 9th sample theme and would like to know you that there is a loading products issue. Please check the video below. When you go in a category, then load more and more products, then click to a product and go to the product details page, then return previous page, and you see just a few products. No load more icons. Please check the video yourself for better understand.

Hello, I’ve problem when I’m using system method to add scripts to document with parameters, like: $this->document->addScript(‘myscript.js?render=my_key&onload=my_function’);

I get in the head section: <script src=”myscript.js?render=my_key&onload=my_function?v=3.0.13” ></script> As a result, the script parameter does not work.

Why there is added double ?-symbol, if it’s already used in URL? There was no problem in Journal 2, but Journal 3 has this issue.

Please fix it.
