Hello! If your support expired, you have to renew it. As for your custom post type integration it requires the changes in the theme code. It’s a customization service.

I wrote in support weeks ago without any help. I confirm you that on some IE version I still have my issues: BLOG area is NOT showed!! I see an empty area!!! I’m using you home page sample with blog area (squared images with title over).

I really like this theme. And want to ask some questions before buying.
1. When some pages are browsed on the mobile, the top menu will be cropped. eg. https://livewp.site/wp/md/qudos/
The following pages are normal https://livewp.site/wp/md/qudos/community/2. I use gtmetrix and pingdom to test website speed. But the speed score does not seem to be fast. Is there a way to increase the speed of this theme?

The speed depends on the server location and its performance, the number of used plugins and content. For example we don’t use any cdn services and performance plugins for our demo
I activated this theme on a build i never used and deleted, how do I reactivate it on the new theme?

I was using your theme to build a site but then decided to use another. I deleted those files and when I went to use your theme this time it locked me out saying it was linked to the previous site, I cannot deactivate since I deleted those files so what do I do? You have to log into your https://gt3accounts.com account and detach the purchase code, then you will be able to activate it on your new website.

I really recommend this theme! It works amazing with Elementor (pro) and their customer service is great! I had some issues and they replied very quickly with the right answers and solutions. Haven’t had the pleasure of contacting a customer service like this in a long time. They even helped by logging in at the site and fixing the problems in the weekend. Superb job! Keep up the good work!

Hello! Thanks for your interest in our product. We develop our theme for Elementor free version. We do not test it with premium features of Elementor pro. Most of our customers use its free version. Regarding the images, before importing the demo content you agree that all the content downloaded from our demo website belong to their respective owners and you have to replace it with your own one. In result you get the copy of our demo website
Ok I understand but how is it that the reviewer said he was using elementor pro? Maybe some of pro features work and some don’t?
Why don’t you buy pro so you can test it? Alot of the comments are about the pro version of elementor, it would be better for you to cater for these customers as well instead of saying you haven’t tested it.
The Elementor pro will definitely work, the pro features like header builder won’t, we have our one. Please note that the pro version mostly used for Elementor premium templates
We have a lot of our own custom widgets, it requires a lot of work to support all Elementor pro widgets. And the main issue, they always make the updates which affects the work of the theme
