Hi,
First of all, nice theme.
I have two kinds of events: Concerts and Courses. I have added some events and I have used these two event categories to organize them.
On my homepage I would like to have two different sections to show next concerts in one section and next courses in the other section.
I have used the events element in visual composer but I can not filter by event categories (only by artist). In my case there is only one artist with different kinds of events.
Is there any way to filter by category events?

Unfortunately we don’t have a way to categorize the events. With our Soundrise theme, there is a way to filter by artist tho but not by categories.
If its a request that other users ask us, we will definitely add it to our roadmap and see how we could develop this but for now we dont support filters by categories i’m afraid.

I finally get to do it using artists and a little bit of CSS (to remove artist and adjust width on event lines).

Hi, MosaicD., This kind of issue is caused most of the time by a JS error. But I dont see this issue on our demo. Can you please explain what I have to do. Which menu element I have to click on?

Sometimes, plugins will ask you to enter a Licence Key or API Key. Well, you don’t need a licence key or API key to activate it. The plugin will still work even if you don’t have that licence key.
The licence key or API key is only used for automatic updates offered by the plugin authors and is available if you purchase the plugin for yourself at codecanyon.net
Since we include the plugin directly (for free) into our theme, we made sure the plugin is 100% compatible with the theme. If you decide to purchase the plugin license for yourself and update the plugin, the theme might break.
We (IronTemplates) are responsible to update the pre-packaged plugins that come with our theme. We release plugin updates on a regular basis after testing them and make sure they are 100% compatible with our theme. It’s the way it works for every theme that offers third-party plugins packaged into the theme.
Yes thats a great long reply. At the end of the day, I want a slider like your demo. Is there a file to import into Slider 6 to create it like the demo??? The slider is for the front page which is left to do. otherwise everything else looks great.

What is your php version? Also, which version of the theme are you using? Make sure you have the latest version of the theme and php greater than 5.6
The default PHP version in place on our servers is 7.2. From what I gather its a Plugin error but it has the be the plugins related to the theme; how can i get this fixed

You can fire any specific discographies. But you cannot fire a specific track within an album, it will always play the first track of the specified album.

This issue Happen because your site is secured by the HTTPS protocol, and mp3s streamed are not. You have to host your mp3 on a HTTPS server.

You dont have to buy WPBakery Page Builder. It is bundle to Croma. To install it you have to activate Croma and go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins.

Hi, Make sure you are using php version 5.6 or higher. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the theme which is 3.4.10

This is a pre-purchase question. I couldn’t see a login/sign up in the croma music theme. Does this theme support customer sign up and login and does it have a user dashboard.
If these features are not available is there a way in which these can be added.

Hi, I am having issues with using Croma Music audio player. The client’s request is to change automatically the background music according to the page – so if there is a new song to load it will stop what’s playing right now and start the new mp3 file. If none – it will keeep playing the homepage music. How can I make it possible? right now the pkayer only autoplays once.
