I purchase this shopify template and can not load to shopify at all. The file is over 500MB. I ask for help but no response at all. Very Frustrated!

You forgot extracting/ unzip the package. You need to extract the package you downloaded from themeforest and upload the correct theme source.

1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (the file is in zip format)
2/ Extract the file you’ve just downloaded.
3/ Find this file: ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip in the folder New Ella Sections Ready 3.0.0, then you just need to upload ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

Now i am having problems with my cart button. when a customer adds a item to the cart it only shows whats in the cart when you either refresh the page or go to another item page. Also it doesn’t allow you to click on the cart button. when you point to it, it rolls down then rolls back without allowing you to go to checkout. My customers can’t check out

Hi, in the checkout page, after inserting the address details and confirming the shipping, in the page of selecting the payment, the theme payment box size become bigger and accordingly the order summary text is affected, could you check it.

The difference is about the style and bundle has discount feature which is not available in group layout:

We think you misunderstood us. Let us explain to you here:
- Your support time was expired on 2018, under policy of all templates sold on themeforest, when you need support from theme provider, you need to extend support service if it was expired.
- We don’t know the issue you mentioned will be caused by app or our theme, we have to check, and after checking, if it is problem from app, you need to contact to app to help you resolve.
If this is the issue from us, we will support you. Your support extension is not just for this request, it is because your support time already expired. We don’t make money to any of our customers, we just follow the policy.
If you send us another request with theme which we can support you successfully, you won’t say that. But please note that your problem is not from us after checking

I already explain my issue and you said if your support will assist me by email and request to extend my license before. You should know the issue can not solve by you but why you still keep me to extend the support license? If you can not assist me, i never need to extend my support license.

Uploading logos for PC and Mobile are tricky.
The default logo for PC is too small. When I increase the Max Height perfect for desktop, the tablet logo image is too big – it should automatically down-scale appropriately.
The default logo for Mobile is too small. When I increase the Max Height, the logo does not change size and still looks too small. Unless it’s a square ratio 1:1 image size.
Hang on, the Mobile logo is the same as Tablet logo?

Hello, is the theme using dated payment logos in the footer?
I’ve not setup the payment methods, but the example theme is showing the old PayPal logo, old Mastercard logo, etc.
And they look low-resolution. Can I update them?

Im having trouble with setting up photos for my collections on the collections header.
If i go to the page for Men and add a photo (of a man) and then do the same on the women’s page it shows the same photo for both. Why can i not have separate pics for men and women. i was’nt able to change the code
