I purchased this theme a few years ago and just renewed my support. In your support page it shows my expired purchase and isn’t updating after I payed for extended support. I can’t submit a ticket.
Stupid issue. Installed your theme and the logo won’t change. Seems like this should work as it’s the most basic of functions. I had to pay for support just to get this question answered:)
Also, theme is so slow that it’s not usable. Can’t even perform basic functions in admin.
Default theme gets an F in GTMetrix for Speed (yikes)
For the logo, You maybe add a logo in page settings.
Go to pages > all pages> check the front page bottom page settings.
and about GTMetrix you have to combine the scripts.. and also need to use optimized images to reduce the score. We recommend using a cache plugin.

I did use a plugin but it’s still slow. Also the page editor is broken and I can’t updater images. I can’t open a support ticket even though I paid for extended support (see my original post). It still shows that my support has expired.

Just a heads up with the new version of WP I had to make a core edit to stop an error that was throwing code on the Homepage. In the file class-fw-auto-install.php on line 1257 I had to change this public function feedback( $string ) { to this public function feedback($string, ...$args) { to make the site function correctly. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have the same issue as mentioned before with the plugin requesting an update from 1.1 to 1.2. First it didn’t want to update, after removing and reinstalling the plugin, it says update succesfull but it stays on the same version…

1. Event banner: Can each event show its own banner apart from the featured image? Or can the featured image be used for the event banner that will go across the page at the top?
2. Countdown timer on event details not showing. The timer shows on the homepage though.

where in customizer? the only option i can find is in navigation settings and it only allows me to turn the button on and off and add a link, but it doesnt let me change the text of the donation pop.

so annoying!!! its a general feature in your theme!! just look at your demo and click the donate button on the menu bar and you’l see what i mean… i just need to change the text in the donation pop up that appears when you click the donate now button in the menu bar… ive looked for it everywhere and your general answer “appearance-customizer” doesnt help… its nowhere in the customizer section… this isnt anything custom.. i just need to change the text in the donation pop up.. you guys made the theme, how can you not know what im talking about!?

This doesn’t help for changing top logo on the default Home One page. I had to goto Pages -> Edit Home One to find an option for logo.
