Thanks for taking an interest. Everything you do see on our Hoshi theme presented you will be able to add to any page of yours using our theme. Holmes does not have this element included within the theme, unfortunately. So basically every theme we do create has its own shortocdes included which if you are using a specific theme you will get access to those elements.

I updated the theme and it only get worst. Now not ontly the contact does not work properly but the split slider pages i have created hace loosed the correct sizes for my screen. I looked into help center and didnt find any place to put a ticket. Sorry for bothering you.

Cant send a request. It tells that my purchase code have expired. Contrary to your say that i do not need to register an account.

Thank you for the clarification. You can add this code to Appearance > Customize > additional CSS
.wpcf7-form-control.wpcf7-text {
margin-bottom: 5px;
}
This will reduce the space between the fields.

Just wanted to know why it happens when i put an image at the Background Image at a page it appears but after a day or two its disappear again why doesnt it remove the Background Image ?

Since we did the major update of the theme and if the issue appeared after update, please follow the instructions for update in our documentation: https://hoshi.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_updating_hoshi Also, when you’re updating theme you will have to perform these steps: Remove our Mikado plugins (Core, etc), update the theme (like it’s explained in documentation) and then install those plugins again. This way your will get the latest version of the theme and plugins that are included. If you still have some problem with this, please write on our support mail support@mikado-themes.com, provide them detailed explanation, admin and FTP access and they will be able to help you.

How do you set a menu? I created my own menu and checked to make “Main Navigation” but my menu won’t change. and when I try to edit the default “main-menu” every time I try to save my changes, it won’t save. Please help

Maybe it’s set otherwise in the page backend (different header type). So I can suggest you to check your pages. If you have different header type on those pages, it will show the menu that comes with that header type.

Hi I had purchased a license to this template in the past and went through recently updating my template on a staging site. all the mkd elements arent showing up anymore. I also imported the examples and those pages dont show up properly either. Like section title, etc dont show up in my builder

Probably the issue you’re facing is because the Core plugin is not updated. We did major updates of the themes and we changed something in our plugins, mostly Core. So I can suggest you, when you update theme, to delete our plugins and WPBakery, update the theme and then install those plugins again. If you still have some problem with this, please write on our support mail support@mikado-themes.com, provide them detailed explanation, admin and FTP access and they will be able to help you.

So its a great theme, but can be very buggy. Followed the directions to enable frontend and it just crashes the website, so not sure what to do. Trying to edit pages but due to the frontend editor being disabled I can’t. This makes it very difficult to customize it to fit my needs. Now my support is expired so now I have to pay again to get help….

Hi, I just bought this last night and am already encountering problems:
1. In the required installs, I keep getting an error message that a path for the WPBakery already exists. I don’t know how that’s possible given that this is a clean installation on a bare server?
2. The import demo freezes at either 80 or 90% and does not complete to finish.

Settings and content won’t be affected with theme update. Just theme files. So, if you modified any file without using child theme, then you should save those files so you could apply the same changes after again.
