Hi, I have some pre-sale questions:
1. If I create my recurring payment packages to 1 listing per package, can these be managed individually in the user dashboard?
So if user 1 has 3 businesses and chooses 1 listing with basic package, 1 listing with standard package and 1 listing with premium package – can he see these individually in the dashboard, upgrade /downgrade them individually and cancel them individually?
2. What happens when a user cancels a subscription? Does it delete their association and send the listing back to “claim me” status? I wouldn’t want it to be deleted.
3. Are all subscription payments handled through wc subscriptions or do you have built-in checkout/payment gates?
4. Are you able to link listings as you create them? Let’s say business directory type is my site’s parent directory, and I have jobs and events as “children” directory types.
When I go to create a job or event is there a way to link them to my business?
If so, is there a link to the parent listing added to the child listing?

1. You can create listing packages with a listing limit of 1. User which posts a listings using this package, can anytime downgrade/upgrade from the user dashboard.
There’s no recurring payments (out of the box)
To have recurring payments you must use WC subscriptions plugin. (plugin not included)
We don’t use WC subscriptions anywhere on our demos.
2. Listing packages cannot be canceled as they are one time purchases not subscriptions.
If you use listing subscriptions (using WC subscriptions) then when the subscription is canceled, the listing is expired, the user is still the author and can relist it anytime by purchasing another package.
3. All payments are done via Woocommerce and its gateways

Listing subscription package – Used to post listings (Recurring payments, requires WC subscription)
When you add listings, you can choose any package you want. So different listings can have different packages yes

Some of my customers own multiple businesses with different needs.
Business one – basic package Business two – basic package Business three – premium package

That means it can be enabled/disabled foreach page.
Edit the page using elementor > go to page settings (bottom left) > header > customize header. You can enable/disable this option for that specific page

Is it possible to create a promote pack, that’s just able to buy for one specific listing type? Like for example with the promote pack for 10$ you can just promote a car listing, not a house.

1. One more technical question: I am currently using a theme based on the WP Job Manager, on which I have created over 1000 entries. A purchase and move of your theme will only be possible if I can move these entries (import export via XML or XLS). Is that possible or can you help me, what would it cost?
2. Can I deactivate booking? or do I need to have woocommerce installed as a plugin? Same as buddypress, do i need the plugin for the theme?

2. There’s no booking included.
You do need to enable Woocommerce if you need these features: Paid listings, sign in, sign up, user dashboard, promoted listings.

Want to do a business directory. Is it possible to:
1.) Have a smart search bar that can yield results for listing names when the user types in the first letter of a listing? This is without pressing the “search now” button 2.) Is it possible to have the advanced search functionality appear on the front page search bar, of course styled in the front page search bar way? ie.) not a sidebar, but below the search bar, similar to https://www.iproperty.com.my/ 3.) The directory will only have one category, but I want to sort the companies based on tag. ie.) based on industry. Is there a way to use the category function to make this possible? Or do I have to use tags?

Oh and one more question. Is it possible for the explore page with no map to show more listings? Maybe remove the image, and make it more a list type display rather than a modal/grid based display? There are lot of companies that I want to list at once before having users go to the next page.

There is list view option. So you can enable that for each listing type, then increase the number of results page page.
However if you plan to load hundreds of thousands of listings at once, this is not available

A few questions before we install it:
1. Is it safe to install on Wordpress 5.2.2, WooCommerce 3.7.0, BuddyPress 4.4.0?
2. I know that BuddyPress is optional. From your experience, do you recommend to keep BuddyPress on busy website (massive user base, concurrency etc) in terms of wp database performance with it? I want to keep it, but in doubt how it will handle heavy loads.

1. I want to use your theme with Youzer plugin. In the wall activity page, there is an option where to post the status updates. Options are My Profile and groups created via Buddypress. Is it possible to post in Listings and make them visible under the Comments/Reviews tab? Will it require too much work to implement this customization?

1- Is there a way users have to register prior to send a message to the listing owner? I want to avoid anonymous users to use the website and get registered in order to connect with the listing owner to get more information.
2- If a listing owner has more than 1 location, what the process looks like to publish them in the app?
3- If a listing owner wants to upgrade, downgrade or cancel a listing, how that be done?
4- do you have an admin access to the demo where I can test all of this?

3. Listing package can be switched through user dashboard > my listings > click “Switch package” under the listing name. A listing cannot be canceled

You can search categories in multiple ways:
- Header search and quick search
You can just type the category name to search
- Basic and advanced form
You can add the category filter by editing listing type > search forms > basic/advanced form, add for example dropdown facet and choose category field

Is there a way that the content in the homepage and the map in the explore section to show information based on the city the user is accesing from?
For exapmple, I´m from New York and the website should show me content from there instead of London without me having to take any action.

In explore page, you can make the nearby order as default order. In that case, listings near the user location will be shown
Example https://mylistingtheme.com/explore/?sort=nearbyWhen I access to that link the map is still in London. In my case, the map will change to New York if I have listings there?

If not, it will show the default location (which you can choose).
In our demo, the default location is London
