Hello, How can i import this to active campaign. I can only use sharing links not import folders.
For Active Campaign, you have to import via copy/paste the code. It was the only option AC provides for custom templates.
When you click at “Create template” please select the “Custom HTML” option. then paste in the HTML code that you copy from the file. You can copy the code by open the HTML file in any text or code editor to copy the code.
Hello there is already a solution that the background images are displayed in Office 365. Or do you offer a template, what this can do?
There are some newsletter shipping providers that can and we do not want to switch from Mailster.

As far as I know, The only workaround is to manually implement this fix https://backgrounds.cm/ but as I testing is still not reliable and have a specific requirement such as fixed-width, only work best when all content is all aligned center or a super simple design module(not more than 1 nesting < table > ).
Also, the change background process must be done in the code. Because the changing background function only replaces image in the background tag, not the comment tag that use to show in Outlook.
I don’t know which ESP you mention but I assume the working background in Outlook may possible only when you use their native template with their own editor, but not for a 3rd party custom template.

Hi, Make sure you using a mailster_koble.zip import to the Mailster not the whole template package into the plugin. If the module still doesn’t show up please send me a screenshot to nutzumi@gmail.com

Sorry, That should be a plugin set up process. I’m not sure if it is possible or how to do it. I recommend contacting directly with Mailster support for an accurate answer regarding the setup.
I bought this under the impression that it was like the “Live Preview” with the editor. However the downloaded file doesnt have a installation package or anything with it. Please provide me the file needed to make it like the installation package.
Hi, the editor is an online service from StampReady.net There is no installation files. You can register at their site and using a zip ready file from StampReady folder import to use the editor.
Please note that what selling on TF is a template file compatible with the service, not the services.
Hi. I’m using Koble on StampReady and really liking it. However, when I embed a photo using the dimensions required by some of the modules, they are reduced in size on mobile view, and I don’t like the design then.
For example, see the screenshot of Module 3/3 Panel. The pictures on the front end of the mobile view do not match the sizes of the placeholders. This is the case in all of those 3/3 Panel modules as well as many of the others. Can you tell me specifically how I need to prepare images to make them be seen at the appropriate sizes in mobile view? Thank you.

So I compare the code between the original and generated version from SR after adding the image. I found that SR automatically add a max-width: 100%; max-height: 100%; into < img > style when insert an image. While the original code only includes width:100%;
Unfortunately, this can’t fix at my end, since it automated by an editor. I’d recommend to contact them directly at help@stampready.net for any question regarding their Editor function.
Although, the quick fix is after export file from SR you just have to replace all max-width: 100%; max-height: 100%; with width: 100%;. So it should be back to normal.
hi – i use dreamweaver with aweber, can i easily mod template in dw? there is No way i would pay $50+/year to subscribe to SR just to modify emails, thats $500+ cost in 10 years, no way. i normally host email images on s3 & am a veteran dreamweaver coder. nice looking template
Hi, Yes you can use DW. The template created within the DW. Actually it’s the most recommend if you know HTML because it a lot more flexible than using a template builder with a limited option to edit.

Q: how to add url link to buttons in SR?
You can just highlight the text and click at the link button in the popup menu > add the URL and Enter. (demo video)

After downloading Koble, I see that it uses Mailster’s editor to use, which is very disappointing because what sold me, in part, on your templates was the editor (in fact I also purchased Tarth and Aero). I don’t mind switching from Mailster to something else, but does something else do what Mailster does and, if so, what would that be? Thank you.
Hi, if you using Mailster, it needs to edit within Mailster editor because files export from SR is not compatible with Mailster due to a different code and file structure. I assume something else that might be Stampready.net It’s an Email service provider similar to Mailchimp. I’d recommend contacting directly with help@stampready.net to check if they have all the requirements you need for using.
Please note, what selling on Themeforest(Template marketplace) is a template file compatible with the services, not an Editor service.

If so do I need to subscribe to SR on top of purchasing you template? 2) If I do subscribe, I can load your theme in to SR and then visually build my emails and then export the clean html to then import into our CRM for sending emails (we won’t use SR to send – only to build)

- Stampready is optional for those who don’t know code. As I far as I know SR is the only service that allows 3rd party template to use their editor. But If you have a basic HTML knowledge you can edit the template file in any code editor( Dreamweaver, etc.) What I’m selling is a template file compatible with their service. They require a subscription to unlock the export function.
- Yes, you can use the file I provide in the package import to SR > Customize > Export the file.
I want to use this for Mailster. Is this a wordpress plugin or something? How does it work? Will I receive the builder inside mailster to create my mails? It is kinda confusing.
Hi, I assume you refer to the builder in demo. It’s an online service from Stampready.net (not mine). What I’m selling is a template compatible with their service. However, the file export from SR is not compatible with Mailster. Mailster already has its own editor when creating a campaign. I already provide a Mailster compatible file separately in the package.
PS. there’s no plugin selling on template marketplace.

Hi, it might possible if they able to copy/paste the code to import but since this’s the first time I learn about the service. It safer to say that it’s not compatible at this moment because I don’t know if there’re any specific requirement or any limitation when using a 3rd party template. Sorry.

Hi, Mailster has its own editor when creating a campaign. It, not exactly the same you can try at their demo page. However, the file export from Stampready is not compatible with Mailster due to the file structure requirements. What I provide in the package is a file compatible to the plugin.

Hi, I just bought the template. I am really worry because, I tried to use it on stampready however I got this notification: This template is not stampready compatible (when trying to upload it). Can you please advise of why I am getting this notification that is not compatible, when it is actually part of the features of this template. Hi, Please extract the template pack and use only a zip ready file from Stampready folder to import. Do not import the whole template package that you download from TF. because it also includes PSD, Sketch, and all file for another ESP as well.
In notification I see your logo. How can I change that logo?
That’ll depend on which email service you using. If you try to edit in Stampready then just click directly at the image. If Mailchimp, try hover the image and click edit, etc.

Hi, Sorry the HTML email only works best when sending via the Email service provider. By sending from email clients are not recommended because sometimes they not properly sending the code, Especially Outlook is the most troublesome one.
