One translation question is left: I usually do my translations with loco not wpml, and this works for the most theme based strings but not for the FTC Blogs and FTC Blogs V2. I only would have to translate the “read more” and “View”, but no chance at all Also not in the FTC Theme plugin. Any idea? Thank you.

Please set up the account page at WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced and select the “My account” page.
Then in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Account & Privacy -> check the “Allow customers to create an account on the My account page”.
On the theme, turn on “My Account” on the header to be clicked at Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header of inner page.

Please go to Appearance -> Widget and select the sidebar “Popup Newsletter”. You can see the content that displays the popup there. It is using MailChimp form and you can go to MailChimp for WP -> Form to edit.

I installed your theme (downloaded as month’s free item), and when I tried to install the plugins I’got the error:
Something went wrong with the plugin API.
It is because of the “WooCommerce Variation Swatches” plugin.
It also stays forever at 45% on demo import.
Are they due to the the installation as a free item?

I downloaded the “WooCommerce Variation Swatches” plugin from a url indicated at themeftc.ticksy.com, installed and activated without a problem but still there is the notice to install it. Is it expected?
As for demo content import, there were the images, slider etc. I increased the max_upload to 8M and the import went through. However there are no any products, only 5 pages and product categories. I followed your instructions, saved mega menu but there is no any menu. WP classic menu also seems to be deactivated. Is it necessary to use the mega menu?
