Hello before buying the theme I have a question. (sorry for my bad english i’m french)

I would like to know if in the shop we can put affiliate link. Example put on sale a product and that redirects to the site of the product for sale (amazon, ebay, fancy etc …). So basically having a shop with affiliate link rather than stock, I do not know if it’s possible or not? thank you in advance good day.

I have a problem with the back to top button, and is that in MAC in the Safari browser this comes out with a black box as shown below in this image:

Great Theme! But you should really include the new WPBakery Version or at least inform people that if your using the Gutenberg Editor you need to update. This nearly cost me a whole day! And i am used to work with wordpress. I pity unexperienced users!

I want to know where I configure the final resolution of prettyphoto lightbox? If you see this, when do clic:

You can see (in my case) it says “FullResImage” but in the link the image is resized (1024×485) when original is 1920×1080.

In the live temo theme, that not happens. You can see in this image:

When clic to open an image, the resolution is from original file.

Hello, I have a little problem. There is any option to set “previous” and “next” behavitor? I mean, when I open a single portfolio item, at the bottom I see the “prev, back to portfolio and next” link, ok? Well, when I go to open the first portfolio I’ve created (the oldest), the “prev” link is not there. The same happens when I go to the last one (in order to date) and “next” link not showing either. I think is because only works under “date order”. I need always shows the “previous” and “next” link as a loop. Do you have any option on settings or script to solve that?

If there’re no portfolio items newest than the one you’re looking at, there will be no “previous” button displayed, naturally. The same goes vice-versa. This is default theme behavior. You can see it works like that even in our theme demo – http://atmosphere.edge-themes.com/portfolio-item/gradient-studies/

There is a natural problem here. Look this image: https://i.postimg.cc/vQZxHwq6/Untitled-1.png This is the portfolio list by default in your theme. It shows me a list of portfolio on home page. When I clic to see that work, Naturally, anyone can think back and next are the same than the portfolio list. But when I open it, I see this: https://i.postimg.cc/w692gcvv/this.png

So, is not naturally.

How can I fix this?

This is because your portfolio list is randomly ordered. To sort your portfolio list by date created, simply open Portfolio List element and adjust this – https://www.screencast.com/t/M1lt4BAgBE When you go to the latest created portfolio item, you will not see “previous” button because there’s no newest portfolio item than the one you’re at. If you order portfolio list by date/asc you will see the latest portfolio item first.

Hi, I can’t activate Slider Revolution. I tried to reinstall the theme, then disable and re-enable the plugins, but nothing seems to work. It’s always asking me to buy’em. All pages with sliders will not be output. It doesn’t work. How can I activate these plugins?

In the meantime, there’s no need to rush to update WP to version 5, as there’re no major changes and it’s recommendable to wait a bit until they release patch with bug fixes and improvements.

Following an update to Atmosphere 1.3 for woocommerce requirements the pie charts are ceased operating. Do I have to update other plugins or make other adjustments following the update?

Live preview version is original one, because functionalities are the same throughout later versions. This is tested multiple times before theme update, so no further actions will take place. Version 1.3 does not function like 1.2 and the version 1.0 on the presales page. Updating to the latest 1.3 version breaks the installed elements and reverting corrects the issue. If no bug is present and updating is as outlined in the documentation then new and existing customers should question why the creators are not running the latest release.

Please update your presales product to reflect the current product listed for sale. Currently you are misrepresenting the available product.

All versions are working the same, Atmosphere as a product is the same throughout versions, because we don’t modify template files during update process. Your content will remain the same after theme update and we have had no reported issues of this kind, so it must be something on your side.

Hello, are you not updating VC/Wpbakery builder in this theme? I see that you have numerous themes and some are more up to date than others. Do you have a suggestion between Ottar, Objektiv and Atmosphere? I am worried that they won’t be updated regularly since all of them are missing several versions of visual composer

H there, I’ve bought another theme of yours and love your work but have a pre-sale question. The demos take long to load (compared to other demo sites too). The other theme I bought is also not very fast. I’m just concerned about a slow loading time. Please advise.

Love the theme. Just wanted to know whether it’s possible to add a short description in the portfolio hover over effects, or is it just for category tag names?

Unfortunately we didn’t find that option useful, as user could insert too many words for description, which would ruin the entire layout and make certain problems on some screen sizes. You can always populate portfolio single post with as much description as you like, or insert description on portfolio list page above/below portfolio list.

Hello, In the edge portfolio, masonry version, I have an image that is displayed as tall. It is fine on laptop but on mobile the image proportions are not respected. It does like taking the tall picture and displaying it as a square. Is there a size to respect for this ? Thank you.

Apologies I must of missed it as (verified) comes before it. It’s turning into one of those days… I’ve extended my support for a further 6 months but when i put in my purchase code it just says my support has ran out so I cant submit my ticket. Any ideas?
