I understand you guys want have control over the “one domain only” policy, but honestly this is DISRESPECTFUL, cause today I have NO websites running on 907 theme, and still, I can’t get to install it, cause I need to ask for your permission! What is this? What kind of deal is this? Do you guys see the label “PURCHASED” on my name here? So?? What does this means?

Pretty sure I asked you to post in the Theme’s Support Forum and I haven’t seen a post there from you yet.
Anyways when you purchase the theme you are allowed to use the theme on 1 domain name as per Envato’s license agreement. So if you’re trying to install on multiple domain names then you’re going to have a issues since it can only be active on 1 domain name.
The same place you register the theme in the WordPress backend/admin area you can deactivate it so you can move it to a different location without any issues. Also you can deactivate it before doing a WordPress reset to prevent issues as well when trying to start over with your WordPress install.
I went ahead a reset your license for you, but in the future you’ll need to use the Theme’s Support Forum for any issues/questions. Also suggest you use the Deactivate button in the future to prevent any issues when trying to register it.

As far as I’m concerned, I no longer have access to the support, since it’s expired. What happens is I never tried to install the 907 theme simultaneously on 2 or more domains. Never. Actually, I have zero websites now running on 907. What I normally do when I no longer will usa website is simply delete it via FTP. I wasn’t aware I had to deactivate it first on admin area. Anyway, I needed – really needed to install 907 for a hotsite two days ago but I couldn’t make it due to this problem. So I had to go with a plan B. Which is, indeed, a bummer, since I own the theme but I can’t get to use it when I need it.
Well, I understand your policies and I will keep an eye on it on further occasions.
It doesn’t matter that your support is expired, if you post on there you will still get support since you purchased the theme.
If you delete the theme through FTP and installed right back on the same domain/location you shouldn’t have issues since it’s the same location/domain. It’s always best to deactivate first though just to avoid issues when re-activating.

Couple bug fixes and updating WPBakery plugin which the page builder had a small issue with check boxes not showing selected in 6.0.2 of that plugin so needed to get it updated.

To update the theme should we update the plugins only or do we have to upload the whole theme package to our website and update the plugins afterwards?
When you update the theme, if there are plugin updates it will let you know after installing the updated theme version. If you have any issues let me know on the Theme’s Support Forum.

People are buying this theme, myself included, today, July 1 and cannot use it because there is some issue with the license. Have been waiting all day for the author to respond.

Hello, the purchase number of your theme does not work. In the Wordpress pack office I have an error message, invalid license. The first license was bought in the name of MEDIATEURLOZE, and to renew the license I created an ENVATO account with the name AGNESLOZE but with the same email address.
On your support forum, I registered an account with my purchase code and email, but never reveived email with password. So after I clicked “forgot password”, but no answer email again. What could I do ? Thanks
