Hi, i wanna buy this theme but o need to know a few info. When do you will do the update ? O checked the theme and its a bit slow and the site speed is very important as you guys know. Do you wil improve that ? I have the gurantee that you will improve the speed ? If i buy the theme and the theme gets very slow or with issues how is your refund policy. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I will try to make it quick, to help you in your time, cause i can imagine that right now you guys must be full of work. Everybody in Europe is trying to make their closed physical stores online because of coronavirus. So here he goes my questions and issues.
1 – Logo does not change ( dunno the reason ..) 2 – I want to remove preloader and i don’t find that option on theme customization or documentation. 3 – And at last but not less important on the contrary, i need to speed up the theme as you said before i bought this theme, it´s with wp rocket or something… well you are the expert…
Also please tell me where can i see order ID to submit tickets, cause the codes i inserted said not accepted.

First, To create a ticket on our support center, please choose the department: Themeforest(https://prnt.sc/rs4gdq) => then add your purchase code first. Please don’t choose Wpthemego.
Seconds, to change the logo of our theme, please go to the admin => appearance => theme options => general => then you can remove our Gaion logo and upload a new image for the logo parameter. I am very interested in this theme Gaion (Mobile Layout Ready), but unfortunately, I do not see “any” social connections. Given that by now in Oman over 90% of surfing and internet browsing is done on mobile devices and every person has multiple social media accounts, prominently displayed social media icons are a must on the mobile layout. In Oman, the order of use is (1) Instagram, (2) WhatsApp, (3) Facebook, (4) Twitter, (5) YouTube, (6) LinkedIn. I plan to purchase this theme “if I can add the social media icons and connections at visible position”.

About your question, to change the header image on the Shop page, you can go to Appearance > Theme Options > Product Options then upload the one you want in option Listing Banner Product. After that, clear all cache then check your site again.

I have a presales question. Hi, I just realized that you put the background for SW WooCommerce Slider element pointing to your site in the CSS with !important?

Why would you do that?
