Pre-sales question: Is it possible to have public and private listings? For example: Generally only public listings are displayed on the map and if the users clicks e.g. on filter “show all cars” (incl. private listings) then he needs to purchase a membership / plan or sth.

1. Yes, it’s built by Elementor.
2. Yes, you can add a video as a background. On listings, you can also add a video on the listing and display like our demo.
3. We have a payment addon. You can set payment there. ex) amount of listings, duration, price and featured listings.
We don’t have limit fields.

I undestand. What if I need to build basic directory, without any community and user funcions …
We are building simple Directory page, so only administators can access listings. So basicaly we need to be able to translate (mulitlingual) Pages, Maps & Search page, single & category listing pages. Would it play with WPML?

If you just need to manage listings by only admin, it will be simple. But WPML is not our product and we need to work on with the WPML team. We are not sure when it will be ready for now.
I know, WPML is not yours 
So, if I try with current version, it could work with WPML or not? - as I wrote, we need listing functions operated by admin only, but map, filters, search should be functional multilingual. If yes, I could start building today …

3. You can make the list. But it’s not possible to use Pagebuilder on the user profile pages. It’s not supported by BuddyPress.
