Both themes are good. You can use any of themes. We usually, The maximum time taken to reply to a support ticket is 24 hours. But we will always reply it before that time.

Sorry for the inconvenience, For the purpose of demo content import we have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option we have used “Unyson” plugin for import the demo contents.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

Sorry you can’t update the theme Dreamspa version 2.4 in to 3.0. Because the older version developed with page builder, so please do not upload the new version Dreamspa theme version 3.0 or plugin files to your existing Dreamspa old version 2.4 ( old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash.
New Dreamspa (3.0) version (demo contents using Visual composer), please do not upload the new version of dreamspa theme or plugin files to your existing Dreamspa old version( old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash.
Kindly revert the files with older version 2.4
You can get the both files in the downloaded theme package with the name of dreamspa this is the new version 3.0 and dreamspa-old this is the older version update (2.4)
Please rename the dreamspa-old in to dreamspa then upload in to your wp-content/theme section to revert the theme
If you need to continue with your old version, we have provided the old version dreamspa-old.zip (2.4) separately please use those files. If you need to go with the new visual composer version (Dreamspa version 3.0), you need to install it in a fresh site.

I think its a MySQL error and or the RevSlider plugin error.

Because of some license issue, we have not included those images. Dummy image will be present instead of original image. You need to replace your own images. Hi, When I enable the theme all I get is a white page with Class: Title: and select gallery. The only way I get this to go back to normal is to switch to another theme
Forget this, it was a plugin issue. But what I do want to know is why won’t layerslider update, and other plugins are asking for license activations?
Why will nothing save? No matter how much I edit the home page it will not save what i did.

Can you tell me how I can edit one of the demo pages? I understand they must be edited in Page Builder (not visual composer), but when I go to Pages -> PAGE_NAME (and click ‘edit’ in the pop up menu) -> Dream Spa Page Builder, for certain pages such as About Us I am presented with an editable page but for others such as Home and Procedures, i am presented with a blank page. Why is this?
