Hello, im trying to update my theme colors, but when I try to change my Top Bar or Navigation colors, it refuses to save. When I click the “save” button, it doesn’t load anything. I have to refresh my page, then after that my changes didnt stay. Do you know what would be causing that?
Also, Ive set my header text color to black, and it changes to black on every page but the home page. Why would that be? I changed my footer style also, and it changes on all of my pages except on the homepage. What would be causing the homepage to not change with everything else?
Hi, Didn’t you purchase our theme? We don’t support the elements downloaded through Envato Elements. I think your problem is Homepage uses Preset and other pages not use Preset. Is there a way to have the “For Sale” tab before the “For Rent” one? ie. have “For Sale” be the tab that’s first?

I want to remove the section but don’t see any options to edit these pages, therefore I revert back to the setting which doesn’t seem to be applying correctly to this section.

That’s not what I’m asking… we ONLY want it removed if there are no properties that match that particular property. There is a setting for it to do that but it’s not working.
I know how to completely remove it… why would I want to do that?
Again… There is a “similar homes” at the bottom. I have the setting set to not show a section if it doesn’t have any information (ie. any similar properties). It’s still showing the header text for that section… when there are no properties that are similar. A proper way to do it is to remove the text IF the similar properties results are 0… and show it if it’s more than 0.

There is an issue with the ERE Plugin.
When I go to Site Health – Status in the backend of Wordpress, I got these 2 Critical issues:
1. The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error. Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
AND
2. Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.
The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected. Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
I haven’t had a plugin do that before… and I turned off every plugin to see which one was the culprit… and it’s the ERE Plugin. I didn’t change, edit or alter the plugin and have no “strange” uses of it or settings either.
I’m using the most up to date version of Wordpress, PHP, the theme and the plugin. The host is a “mainstream” popular host that I use often. I am a developer myself and very experienced with Wordpress site and I ruled out all of the “usual suspects.”
Lets assume it’s the plugin and not the site (or the host) as the site is built how I have built 200+ other WP sites.
One main concern is if the payment system that the plugin uses…runs scheduled events and such for payments and other things, this could cause a problem.

Nothing wrong with the website. The plugin has an issue.
I just signed up for an account on your site and tried to use support forum. It said I have to have a verified purchase code…. What is the functional differences between the Beyot theme and the Benaa theme? I have checked out the demo of the Benaa and own Beyot and other than the look… I don’t notice any functional differences?

Is your theme compatible with MLS systems or IDX? I went through this thread and I saw in some areas you said something like, “Hello, sorry for answer late, we have just support dsIDXpress IDX Plugin and Optima Express + MarketBoost IDX Plugin. We not yet support IMPress for IDX Broker plugin but We will soon support it.” but in other responses you implied you don’t have support for it.
So, are we able to use your theme and make it work with MLS Systems and/or IDX?
Also… when I look through the log you all have and some of the other comments… that you all do support ihomefinder IDX… and Diverse Solutions IDX plugin… but it also appears that it looks like that the IDX plugin would completely change the site… ie. you go from using the ERE Plugin to the IDX plugin… and it doesn’t appear they can co-exist… ie. having a mix of MLS data and what we have now in the ERE Plugin… together… ie. you can’t assign agents, you can’t assign agencies from the IDX plugin like you can with the ERE plugin and you don’t have control over that… and you can’t have some properties show up that were created with the ERE plugin… and ALSO have the IDX agents + properties mixed in as well. It appears by the support question responses… it’s an either or situation. Either you use the IDX plugin or you use the ERE plugin… is that correct?
and one other thing… can we have the ERE plugin in… using ERE Beyot “Main” demo settings and such… and have most of the site running off the ERE plugin AND also have an IDX plugin installed… and have a page that just has a MLS / IDX home search… doesn’t have to be integrated with the ERE Plugin… but a page someone can click and it’s a search page with results on the page using the IDX plugin? OR must do the ihomefinder or IDXpress Demo & Settings to be able to use the IDX plugin with the theme?
The site I’m building will be 95% ERE Plugin… and just need one page, that doesn’t have to be integrated or even use ERE for people who want to search the MLS using the IDX. Is this possible?
Hi, this theme is compatible with IDX, we created a home page for ihomefinder IDX so we supported about the ihomefinder IDX. Because of many causes, we deleted ihomefinder IDX page so we don’t support it now. If you use IDX plugin or not, you need to use ERE plugin. Thanks and best regards!!
I’m confused… you say you are compatible with IDX… and created a home page for iHomefinder but then imply you don’t support it now. How about this question… which specific IDX plugin do you actually support?
Hi, as i said above. Because of many causes, after we created a home page for iHomefinder and we deleted this home page. So now we not yet support about this, we only support the feautures, homepages are included in the theme in the current state.

I don’t need the home page for the IDX express… my question to you is… If I put in the IDXexpress plugin… and use just say the advanced search feature with results feature of the IDX plugin, which I guess we can use a shortcode provided by the plugin… will the theme display it so it looks good if I have the theme’s settings already set for the “main demo?”
I explained this concept a few different ways and not getting the expected response. You’re not answering what I’m actually asking about. I’m asking an “orange” question and you’re giving me an “apples” answer. Either you’re rushing through the question just to get something answered or there is a translation issue here… or perhaps I’m not explaining it well enough.
I will try to explain it again. 1. I have the Main Demo in… with its settings, etc. The site looks great. Your theme does a good job. All of the pages are setup to use the Main Demo look.
2. I would like to have ONE page… to be a MLS search page on the site… so if people don’t see any properties that they like that have been inputted via the ERE plugin, they have more to search from. So, the entire site but one page will use the ERE plugin and the theme’s “Main” demo settings… EXCEPT for one page… which that one page will be using the IDX plugin.
3. SO, to do this… I would like to have an IDX plugin for just that ONE “MLS search page.”
SO… if I use this IDX plugin for the one MLS search page that I want… and have the Demo settings from the “Main” demo and NOT the IDXpress demo… will the IDX plugin still look good on that ONE page that I will be using it on… or for the IDX plugin to look good, we gotta have the IDXpress settings and not the Main settings? I don’t want the IDXpress settings for all of the rest of the pages.
The reason I ask this is it looks like depending on which Demo we install… different shortcodes, CSS, pages, etc. get produced. So… it seems that if went the “Main” demo route to build the site… we can’t use IDXpress settings for one page… as some of those classes we would need to make an IDX page look good aren’t available if we’re using the “Main” demo settings… as different CSS files are used and different pages are used depending on the demo.
Bottom line I guess is I just want to know can the theme’s look/styling make the IDXpress plugin look good? And what about iHomeFinder?
I realize both do not integrate with the ERE Plugin… I understand that perhaps some of the shortcodes and such don’t with with these IDX plugins… but does the STYLING that the theme have work with these IDX plugins?
Hi, I’m so sorry about that. To have the IDX express page, we must change code to be intergrated with IDX express plugin.This is the cause, we built a seperate demo for IDX express. Now, IDX express is not incuded in our theme so we can not support about this because some code can be not compatible with IDX express plugin. Hope this makes sense. Thanks and best regards!!
On the home map page… version 1 and 2… sometimes the map doesn’t fully load… it looks “squished”... and you gotta do a hard page refresh to get it to work.

API isn’t the problem… map works just fine in terms of showing the properties… it just doesn’t display right every once in awhile. The solution is to put in a meta tag to force the browser to get the page from the server and not cache.
Here is the code I used and it works without issue:

Put it in a HTML Block on a page with the Map.
again, the map itself works in terms of API… it’s how it’s displaying… that’s an issue with the map code itself (not API per se) from the template and/or a browser cache issue and not an API one. I sent you all an email about it with an image so you can see what I’m talking about. It doesn’t happen all of the time… just every once in awhile. Since I put the code above… no issues.
I’m checking on my demo, everything work fine, i don’t know what happened but i will transfer this problem to our developer team to check it. Thanks

Noticed a bug… when an agency is setup without an image… and you click to view that agency… you will get this warning on that agency page:

I’m using the most current version of your theme, the ERE plugin and of wordpress. I’m thinking you should probably have a null capture exception to avoid this.

3 Questions left… please reply to all 3 if you can. I asked these 3 questions previously but they were either missed, answered wrong (not answering what I actually asked) or you missed the follow-up question.
1. I asked this previously in a 2 question comment but this part of the question was missed: Any way to do a search for agents by name, city or zip code and have the results of the search come up on the same page the search box is? Ie. a search box on the agents list page? Kind of like how you have here: http://themes.g5plus.net/beyot/agent but with the ability to search by name, city or zip code? And that agent page I guess is done via a custom PHP page (not a shortcode)... any way we can put an agent specific search box on a page via shortcode?
2. In a previous comment I asked about this page: http://themes.g5plus.net/beyot/agent and asked if we can edit the page… you thought I was talking about the agents… I’m talking about the actual layout itself?
3. I asked In a previous comment about GEO locating and your reply didn’t match what I was specifically asking about… for a page like this – http://themes.g5plus.net/beyot/property-grid-2-columns/ I realize in the settings you can put a city or state in and only properties for those cities and states will show up. I’m not asking about that… I’m asking can that property shortcode filter properties by the user’s location automatically – ie. GEO location? ie. a User goes onto the page… the site figures out the persons location through GEO location and then automatically shows that person the properties in their area based on their location via GEO location?

It’s the best Real Estate theme of its kind that I have seen… and I have been around Wordpress since the beginning and have 200+ sites under my “belt” that I have developed… with over 100 being Wordpress… and your theme is solid.

I noticed an issue with Agencies. I put in the demo content, which has agents, agencies and properties. However, when you go to the agencies page that the demo created… no agencies show up as you can see here: http://metrohome.webworxmedia.com/agencies/ or http://metrohome.webworxmedia.com/agency/ even though there are agencies, agents and properties published?
You can see on this page… I have an agency with 5 properties… http://metrohome.webworxmedia.com/agency/construction/
So it’s there… ie. “live” properties, agents and agencies.
But then when you go to the 2 agency links above… it says, “No item found”
And that website has nothing but the demo content I imported when I installed your theme… ie. nothing has been messed with or edited or adjusted in terms of the Agencies or those 2 pages.
