Hi,
I am looking for a theme allowing the user to check availability for more people than the maximum number of people in one room. For instance if he wants to book for 3 rooms with 1 guest per room, he must be able to check availability for the whole 3 rooms at once.

Hi There,
We are interested to use this theme for our business which rents our meeting rooms. However, our we offer day rental, which means the check in and check out date is the same day. However, upon trying the demo model, it doesn’t allow me to book a room for the same day.
Another item we would like to check is, if we are able to price the room by full day rental price, half day rental price and additional hourly price?

the check in and check out date can’t be the same but still you can book a room for one day, the check out date is not considered as a booking day.
Half-day and hourly reservations are not possible.

Hello, I bought this theme about a year ago. I don’t have any support left, but I just want to be sure my issue has an easy solution. I translated all the website using polylang and Loco Translate. Everything is almost perfect, but I couldn’t find where to translate the “Text before price” that is here in order to write “From ..€ / night”. Is there an easy solution to this as I looked everywhere in both plugins and it doens’t seem to have one. Or will it be available in a next update ?

Hello, I am interesting for your theme to create a website for my hotel. 1) This theme can be use all WooCommerce Gateways? 2) Also is there Customer area to see their details or their discounts when we have any discount? For example when they book a room then they will have discount for the next booking. 3) Can this theme sync with our rooms in Booking and Airbnb and other platforms? 4) In Checkout option can we add manually a fee that we must have obligatory and that says 0,30 € that must paid when they arrive or we can add it already marked in extra services option? 5) The Checkout option can be change. Also when someone goes to book a room in Availability area do you have alternate pages or only the page that include from the theme. 6) In front page when someone goes to book can we add more fields like Adults Or Children and we remove Rooms? 1) No, we don’t use WooCommerce for the booking system. The available payment gateways are: PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout and offline payment.
2) You can create a discount coupon in the admin dashboard. There is no user dashboard at this stage.
3) No, you can integrate the booking forms of the theme with one of these booking systems but you can’t sync them with the built-in booking system.
4) You have to create an additional service to do that.

I have paid for support again, but, I am unhappy to pay to have something fixed that broke on its own.
If it is a Wordpress update that broke the theme, shouldn’t you fix it and update the theme remotely?
Anyway, have a look at why the “bookings” section stopped working and let me know. Perhaps it is a case of user error – in which case, I definitely should pay for support.

1) The room availability depends on the booking dates and on the room quantity. If the room is no longer available then it will not be possible to book it until the checkout date of the previous reservation.
2) The reservation can be canceled only by the administrator.

You can’t activate the plugin or the license of the plugin?
If you mean the license then you don’t have to activate any bundled plugin. The bundled plugins are part of the theme and will still work as required without needing to take that step.
