- Envato Elements items don’t come with support at all.
- You’ll need to purchase the theme in order to receive support/updates. You can’t purchase the support separately without purchasing the theme.

Shame about the inability to purchase the support separately. I assume this is more of a general Themeforest issue, because it could be a good idea as an add-on, assuming you’re able and free to price that in a way that makes sense of course.
With regards to the updates, however, I’ve just looked in a bit more detail into what’s included with the Elements download and they state the following: “Updates Available. You’ll always have access to the latest features, fixes, and security updates. Simply re-download the item to get the most up-to-date files. You can find the updates change-log on the item’s description.”
Were you referring to the automatic updates not being available, i.e. having to install them manually?

As you can see from all the comments, the only customer that is adding b** everywhere and changing the rating/review from time to time is only you, unfortunately. Again, unfortunately, I can’t do anything, if that’s your life, good for you.

Am I able to change to posts pages page width to be 100%. It seems on responsive devices the content displayed when viewing a post is very marginal. Can we make full width?

I’d like to show in the post page, after the post content, one widget with related posts or recent posts, but not only the post title and intro, i’d like a box with video from each post inside this area and play it.

You have 1 negative 1 star rating and I feel there are 2 more to come
In future I suggest you take your customers more seriously, and act professionally in trying to fix an issue rather then turning around and blaming it on the client without looking into the problem.
And by without even looking into the problem, I mean at the very least when someone asks for support the least you could do is ask for some admin / FTP details and ACTUALLY have a look. Post a screenshot of where you asked for FTP or admin details?

Nope! This should have been done the first time when I asked for support! Instead I have all the same issues I had before, but now my support has expired!
So, what does this tell us??
Well, I asked for support, I received NONE! You did not request any information from me, IE FTP and admin details etc, which meant you clearly had no intention of helping or supporting me, and now you are asking me to RE PURCHASE support, and give you my FTP and admin details and you claim you will help me!
Guess what! I dont believe you!
For anyone looking at purchasing this or any other an-themes template! I hope you can see what ive gone through and the type of person you are dealing with!

What happened to asking this question while my 6 months support was still active?
Instead, I was told that I was to blame for the problem. The initial problem I had was that the widgets would not align on mobile devices (check page 1 or page 2 of early comments). Then I was told by you that this was a 3rd party plugin issue and had nothing to do with your theme!
Then you updated the theme and fixed a issue with items not aligning properly.
Version: 1.3 – December 20, 2018 Improved: Instagram widget for Footer. Improved: Widgets alignment in smaller devices.
Then I kept emailing to say I have disabled all 3rd party widgets, and the problem still existed. This is when you stopped replying. So I kept emailing and turned to posting in this comments section for support! Only for your replys to read not to post support related content in the comments section. So effectively I could not reach you by email, and my comments were not being answered on here, and then of course, my support expired!
So, then after some time, he blocked my email address and emails began to bounce back! Also comments outlining any evidence regarding my argument of this point began to be removed! Contacting themeforest did nothing as they could are less either!
And finally, to top it off, he attempted to sell me an additional plugin to try to fix HIS issues with the theme! He attempted to sell me one of AnThemes plugins additionally to the template saying that this would like overcome the problem and help to align the widgets on mobile devices. This is when I knew something was wrong!
So whos lying now Mr Lulian or Anthemes.com?
So people, make your own decision. Maybe I just had bad luck, maybe you will get great support? Who knows! But I would not recommend this author due to his lying alone!

Important PRE Sale Question: I bought before another Theme from another creator, afterthat i found that his icons in the demo content were never mentioned that they are “NON COMMERCIAL”.... so my question is – are your (used icons, font types, images) for commercial use in your Template and also DEMO CONTENT? Or do the buyer have to “rebuy” all licenses (from shutterstock, pinterest or anywhere) for your used template content ?

Icons from Font Awesome and images from Unsplash. As for the fonts, I’m using Google Fonts.

As of 19/02/2019 I have still received no support for my purchase of this item!
I purchased this template 4 months ago, I emailed the author, posted comments here regarding an issue I was facing! No response.
I continued to email regarding support, and continued to post in the comments section for support only to be told not to post in the comments section for help! That was it.
Now my support has expired and I emailed the author of this item asking for support only to be told that my support has expired! After not helping or supporting me when my support was active and in fact NEW!
I strongly suggest you stay away from this author for his lack of customer support! He has not tried once to help sort the issue, not asked for any FTP or login details to try and find a solution and now has told me that I need to RE PURCHASE the item in order to get support! Absolutely disgusting!
I will be spreading the word elsewhere as well to make this known to other users! This is absolutely unacceptable and I am very disappointed in the outcome of this purchase! Not once on themeforest have I had such terrible after sales support!
The absolute cheek in asking me to purchase again in order to get support I never received just days after purchasing this item! Shame on you

Your support has expired before replying to you, more than 2 weeks ago! So, be so kind and delete the 1 star rating you’ve added on purpose, extend your support as all customers after the expiration and than ask for help, otherwise your so friendly comments will be ignored, thank you.

Is this theme compatible with Visual Composer? Can the homepage be a static page with the same header just without the blog?

1. The Visual Composer is a plugin so it technically will work with any theme. That said, there aren’t any built-in custom modules expanding the Visual Composer plugin exclusive for this theme as per demo / item description.
2. I can help you with that. After you purchase the theme, submit a support ticket and I’ll give you the file and I’ll make also the update too with the new homepage without the blog section in order to use any drag and drop plugin in the homepage.

1. Will look as per demo, please take a look. You can display as many ads in the sidebars.
2. As with any WordPress theme, you can display as many ADs you want in the sidebars.
3. You can change the main colors of the theme, also all the colors are in a separate css file for easy change, so you’ll be able to create black-white, up to you.
4. You can use a plugin for that purpose.
5. As with any WordPress theme, you are welcome to use any plugin that fits your needs.
6. Is a WordPress theme, you can use any hosting company, will work just fine!
