interested in this theme since i saw at friends site. but he said there were a few bugs. i noticed the sticky header is jerky. when you scroll, the header jumps and is jerky. never seen that. typically sticky header just drop from the top or zoom out smoothly. is this fixed in the current edition?

Hi. I need to upgrade MasterSlider Pro to version 3.2.14 but if I download the theme pack and upload the masterslider folder via FTP, the version stays on 3.2.11. I am getting this error : “Declaration of Axiom_Plugin_Updater::download_package($package) should be compatible with WP_Upgrader::download_package($package, $check_signatures = false) in” Thanks
Please download the new package, or you can activate your license, then you can update MasterSlider to latest version automatically.

You can also delete the Master Slider Pro from the plugins page, then navigate to “Phlox Pro > Plugins”, choose and install Master Slider Pro from the list.

1 – Unfortunately this option is not available. 2 – You can use Elementor or WPBakery as your page builder with Phlox Pro theme, but we highly recommend Elementor page builder.

I changed the “logo” but the changes are not visibles in Homepage (they are only visibles in the other pages).

Yes, you can create a blank canvas (page) and build entire page including the header and footer by Elementor page builder.

Hi there, I’ve purchased your wonderful theme a while ago, but never used. Now the time has come and it is GREAT. But I have a problem with the Portfolio pages: I want Elementor to override your portfolio theme with a theme I’ve created with Elementor but that doesn’t work. In your customization options there’s a button for the single blog page (allow elementor to override…). But I can’t find this option vor portfolio pages. With other WordPress themes I have no problems overriding page themes (or templates). Can’t fix this. Can you help? Thank you, Petra
When I activate the theme and go to customization, there are no options except ‘widgets’. Elementor page editor won’t load too.
I suspect this has something to do with the license. I recently deactivate one of my domain and activated another. But it seems like some things are not working on the new domain.
What should I do?

I’m sorry to say the managing of licenses is terrible. I want to move my license from a site to another. First I need to find the login details for your support forum which I haven’t used in quite a while. Then I got this message when attempting to login: Unfortunately, support service for the ( Phlox Pro – Elementor MultiPurpose WordPress Theme ) has been expired. As a result, your access to the support forums is now restricted. You can gain full access again by extending support license(s) from your dashboard on Envato market.
So as I have expired support license I can’t move it?
I’m moving about 20 licenses this evening and it has all worked like a charm, because there are links in WP backend and I get to the place I want and can just write the new site I want license on.
So I need help to move my license, as it is impossible to do myself.

I want to point out, I want to MOVE my license to another site. So I will still be using my license on only one site, as I will deactivate on current site and activate on new site.
Managing license (which one site I choose to have it active on) is impossible after support has expired. And I should still be allowed to use the product? Therefore I need your help to MANAGE license=MOVE license to another site.
