Hi, updating the theme, i´ve lost the style.css in the child-theme. Any idea why?. I´ve follow the update instructions and overwrited the allston folder through FTP. Best regards!

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Hi all, I also have some “presales question” as the theme is very beautiful (and my customer liked it) and I’m about to buy it :
1) As @splink said, the demo is quite slow ; does that problematic be solved by your customers once the site goes into Production (with image optimization, cache and so on ?)
2) Is it possible to use Elementor instead of WPBakery and do you have any feedbacks of customers who used Elementor with the theme ?

1. Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
Additionally, of course you will speed up your site with some caching plugin or with image optimization, on question about it.
2. WPBakery is our primary and default page builder, we didn’t test any other with our themes, so we can’t know how will it behave, sorry about that.

Because if the client have 30 or 40 portfolios, I think it is better to paginate or display “load more” to control the loading and keeping the user experience.

3. Unfortunately we don’t have admin access for pre-purchases, sorry about that. We can only screenshot couple of theme options if that’s what you’re interested in.
4. Of course, you can add/edit/delete any code you like, just be aware that changing default theme behavior might cause some functions to fail.
