Instagram developers have made some changes to their API.

Our devs are working on a solution.
Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Hey I have a quick question, is it possible to update the font awesome font pack? I am trying to put in an Untappd icon in the header but it’s not in the dropdown list on social media , perhaps it is a bit outdated? Or if not possible, can i put in a custom icon instead?

It is not possible to do this on your end. It will be updated in a future theme update, you can always use the icon shortcode and add your custom icon or image.

Hello Goodnight I want to change the yellow color for another color. but there is no option in the theme. I change the color in the option “First Main Color” but only the button with the up arrow changes (the one that sends to the beginning)

Do you plan on continuing to update this theme? WP Bakery is out of date at this time and I’m considering purchasing a new theme instead of renewing support for this one if you’re no longer supporting it. Please let me know!
Hi there, Please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, but you will for sure be notified once it is out. As well as you should know that we are working really hard on this fro all our themes. Also we do always check if our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with the plugins it comes with and there is really no issue with that for sure.
But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please send us a mail at helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

Please update your theme and theme plugins by following these steps:
Download the latest theme.zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate pintsandcrafts.zip
Extract master.zip and locate the pintsandcrafts folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the pintsandcrafts folder to the /wp-content/themes/pintsandcrafts folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins. You can find the newest plugin versions in Appearance >> Install Plugins.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

I would appreciate to address this small issue. During checkout process there’s an option to schedule pickup item. But the date picker is not working. I tried multiple plugins and reached to plugin support and they says that its from the core wordpress or theme.

Please note that support covers installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the theme features and of course bug fixes and feature updates, but we don’t help with installation of WordPress itself, non-standard theme modification and 3rd party plugins that were not part of the theme package.
Unfortunately that is not a feature of the theme and while we do offer to perform small custom changes, this would require more than just a short fix. So it is something you would have to modify on your own or get a third party to help you with since I am unable to provide this level of customization to all of our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for understanding.
Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.

In Edge Options > General, you have First Main color option that will change majority of the elements in theme but not all of them, especially those having their own settings in WPBakery Visual Composer, or elements of third party plugins like Contact Form 7 buttons. In that case, you can write custom CSS code. If there is some element that isn’t changed by Firest Main Color option, please contact our support team and they will send you CSS code to change color of it.
