I cannot change the url of the service. Heliospetclinic.vn/service. I mean I want to optimize URL to heliospetclinic.vn/dich-vu-thu-y instead of service but the template does not allow me to do that. And also, I cannot change the content of the service, all I can do is change the title, the featured image of the service but not the body content.

No, I will not give anyone access to my website. You have a bug in your theme and you need to fix it. I would rather have a refund than be your guinea pig and so far, that’s all I have been from the start.

you can edit the titles of the tabs but nothing else. there is an accordion lower on the page that you can edit.

Perfect! Thank you for the response. Just as you illustrated in the video, you need to be in a preview window to access the Elementor options to edit that area, as they are not visible or available in the WP-dashboard… that I have found.
Question… Why do you need to do it like this vs being able to edit in place like the rest of the page?
Actually yes, The tab supports the content https://cl.ly/61a8413795d2 So you can simply add the text content. The Saved section is for the advanced layout that you can build with Elementor.

I’d like to add some info as anyone who buys this theme will need it!
To be able to change and edit any of the Services and Teams pages (and any other post types) you have to enable them in Elementor settings. At the top of the elementor settings page check the post types so that they become editable with Elementor.
It took me ages to realise this as the support documents don’t explain any of this, it’s a key part of the theme setup…

Hello, The support team always responded kindly and always proved to be helpful! I probably did not said it correctly but what i meant was to suggest to improve the documentation. I believe that if the doc explain properly every section of the template it would be much easier for everyone. Besides that the template is very nice and the support is very effective, That been said the problem was that the adopt section was not checked in the elementor settings and this is why it was not working. Thank you!

Hello,
I uploaded the theme both with ftp (theme folder) and via wordpress (zip file). The theme shows in the installed themes panel but, I get an error whenever I activate the theme or attempt to view it via preview in Appearance>Themes page.
The error I receive once I hit the “activate Theme” button: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Any Idea what would cause this and how to rectify?

In the image for the theme there are 3 different color schemes you have displayed. I did not see different color schemes to view in the demo. Does the theme come with the choice of these 3 color schemes to choose from in the theme options?
