Unfortunately Centuarus does not have any Ajax Filters for the shop pages, you can use the YITH ajax filters, I have tested them and it seems to work alright.

To remove the menu links, please add the following style.

To change the posts per page number in archive shop, please add the following snippet in your functions.php of the child theme.

Pagination still does not show up. Woocommerce says this should be set in customizer.
