Says support within 24 hours. It’s been almost a week now and I still haven’t heard back in regards to the ticket I opened.

this is very strange ! Maybe you have not sent your ticket.
We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).

I added a link to the “View Image” in in Gallery, the link goes to a page that have multiple images however this does not work rather it shows the image as a pop-up.

How do we update this theme?
Hi,
simply download the latest plugin version from your themeforest account. De-activate and delete the current theme. Once you have removed the old version you can upload the new version.
Remember also that for a complete update you should also update the required plugin bundled with theme so as you did for the theme de-activate and remove all plugins ( js_composer, nd-donations, revslider, nd-shortcodes, woocommerce, the-events-calendar ) and then upload and activate them again through the admin message “Begin Installing plugin”.
