Hi there, just a quick query. We went live with our website and everything is great! But 2 days after going live, the instagram feed does not load. Re-entered the account token and user id generated using your link, but the page displays “Instagram invalid response!”. Pls assist.

Thank you for your response! We’ve just crossed the support, hence requesting here. You are right, it works with other instagram accounts; but not this specific one & this just had to happen after going live 
Would you know if this error is common (related to instagram)? Any ideas what we could check to fix this, in case you’ve come across such an error. Thank you!
You are welcome! I think that there are often issues with Instagram feed but none of these can be handled from our side. Maybe this is a policy issue with this specific account or something similar.

Just wanted to let you know, when clicking the live preview and enter the demo site, after removing the envato frame, you get redirected to your corpus theme, when checking on mobile. Desktop seems ok for me. It’s already a few days and has not been fixed by now. Cheers!

I think that it has to do with the number of columns. You’ll have a full-width mega menu with 4 and 5 columns.

Strange. When I set an area item (which is translated) as footer block from the Crocal settings, the front-end footer is not changing to the selected language. Are you sure this part has Polylang support?

Hello.I’m sorry bothering you, but i cant open tickets in help support forum, since my support expired. I had 6 months of service and did not used support, so i thought you could consider this and help me fix this one thing I am not being able to fix myself.

Crocal rocks, however, we’re missing one simple thing. We would like to have the option to add an image as an icon to a Fancy Box. An Icon Box has this option, but the Fancy Box does not. We want to add SVGs (logo’s) to all boxes. Please consider adding this option so we won’t have to hack it in there through the title. Thanks!

Hi, I really enjoy the theme and i’ve done pretty much everything I wanted super easily, thank you for your amazing work. I have a question though, how can I use a translated area automatically? I can select one item area for the footer in the admin (Bottom / Footer area), I translated it with WPML, but it does not switch automatically when I change the language.

Hello! Pre-sale question: I don’t want to depend on page builders anymore. I see you support WPBakery, but can everything in the demos be achieved simply with the theme and WP blocks without the use of a third party page builder?
It seems not, it seems the elements depend on the page builder. If that is the case, will they be integrated as blocks eventually? If not, can I still not use the builder and use blocks instead (the WP blocks and a third party blocks plugin)?

I am afraid that you need the WPBakery page builder in order to have what you see in our official demos. As you can see in our item’s description, Crocal is fully compatible with the Gutenberg editor but built-in elements are shortcodes, not blocks. In general, I do not think that Gutenberg is quite ready for the features we provide in Crocal as the Gutenberg plugin is still a work in progress. There is a long way to go before we can create all these with this new great editor.
