I noticed the thumbnail images of the products are not the same when the images have different proportions. I want the image to automatically scale evenly. Can you fix this problem?
After update theme & core plugin you will get custom thumb size option in theme options. If need more help please create support ticket.

I am unable to autoupdate the theme, I already have envato market plugin to fetch the update information. But when I try to update via your API it directs to invalid url as below. Can you see your API integration and configuration. If I am doning anything wrong guide me to the right method to update theme regularly

To fix it please go to Mayosis> Theme Option > Product template > Media Template. Subscription Information at first enable it & Subscription Information Style choose style three. save it. We will fix it on next update. If need more help please create a ticket. Regards

Hello! I’m facing this problem from hours and I need some help in order to change my edd products url using child theme. I’m trying to edit the EDD slug using using constant define(‘EDD_SLUG’, ‘downloads’); but it doesn’t work.
If I use the main theme indeed, it works fine. With child theme it doesn’t.
Any ideas?

I am looking for a multi-vendor marketplace theme for digital goods to create a similar marketplace like themeforest, creativemarket, UI8 etc. but for a particular niche.
I would like know does your theme works well with front-end submission plugin for easy digital downloads and is the seller/vendor able to add multiple images from front-end for preview of item like above mentioned marketplace sites.

I see in screenshot is the WP Bakery page builder required for the theme or we can use Elementor as the only page builder.

For multivendor you need the Frontend Submission plugin. You can use only elementor. We have both page builder support.
Can you use the MultiVendor for a site that has STOCK VIDEO with VIDEO PREVIEWS?
Yes you can use any demo with Frontend submission to make multivendor website.

I tried to check through the theme information, I cannot see whether it Passed W3C Validation or not. I cannot also see if AMP is included in the theme or users would need to installed it and configure it. More so, I cannot see in the information on the theme the level of its SEO optimisation and PageSpeed Score.
1. maximum themes cannot maintain W3c Validation cause of php functionalits & others. 2. You can use AMP plugin for AMP version. 3. Our theme is SEO & page speed optimized
