we purchased the theme and entered the purchase code in a development URL. Once done, we moved the site to another space under the URL https://www.ildentistadeibambini.it. Now we have this message “The license is not verified”. we have canceled the development site and we no longer have access to the previous development space.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

Dear Author, I am trying to go into my Wordpress backend, to the appearance section and then theme options. However, when I try to put in the my purchase license code, it keeps giving me an error “purchase license unverified” or “The purchase code is wrong” Even my website developer went into my theme forest account and got this theme’s purchase code for me and still got this error. Please please help.

When I click on the photo, the site goes up to the top. The site scrolls up.
I would like that by clicking on the photo, the site keeps the same scroll.
The visitor cannot keep scrolling down the site every time they click on a photo.

Hi there, when you create a ticket you have to choose category: [verified] Superowly WordPress Theme. As I understand you don’t like that page scroll up. It’s lightbox functionality. We can add arrows to see whole gallery
The problem is not the lightbox. I like the lightbox. But when you click on the photo, the site goes up.
When you click on the photo and open the lightbox, the site returns to the header. This is a problem. How to fix?
Developers will come back from vacation 15th and I will talk with them about this

I cannot change any theme options anymore. All of a sudden, it says: The purcahase code is wrong. I copied the exact purchase code and said: Register. Anyway, it declines all options. This happened after 2.8 update. I do not have a support ticket anymore, but I think this should be fixed without support. Thanks for your help. Sven

It’s already up to date! Plugins show no updates and the theme is on version 2.8
You have to update Superowly functionality plugin
How can I update this? It says, it is up to date. Version 1.7
Deactivate plugin, remove it. Open appearance—》 Install plugins and install it again

have the same issue…bought it a year ago. 1, There are two issues: Register the Code is not taking my Themeforest code, and preventing me access to the Theme Options and 2, the Theme update caused the demo logo to appear. Without access to theme options, I could not fix it. I had to load a recent back up. I don’t feel like these items should fall under Renewing Support. Hi, Is there any way to get rid of the large gap between the header of the website and the body? This is happening on all the staff pages and new pages I create. I have tried turning the title option off for each page and in the Theme Options, but the gap is still there.
Also, for the pricing boxes, if I don’t want to list any features, is there a way to get rid of the bullet point/tick that appears?

Hi there, you can add additional plugin for this. If you want to use BB, it must work with theme, but maybe it’s needed some css changes
Hi, a friend purchased this theme and I’m helping them build their site. When trying to install the required plugins, two failed: Revolution Slider and SuperOwly Theme Functionality. Both zip links are not found, “not found” error when trying to install.

Sorry, after playing around with the URL’s it seems I found the correct URL.
So for the theme version 2.7 it searched for the non-existing zips on “pluginus27” while they were found on “pluginus28”.
I’ll try and see if it they work with the 2.7 theme version. Maybe I should update to 2.8 first
