Just above the qode_core_get_shortcode_module_template_part() function in /select-core/modules/helper.php, the function_exists() function checks for a wrong function (grafik_qode_square). Also, it would be cool if the qode_core_get_shortcode_module_template_part() function could use custom template paths so we could override shortcode templates. Right now, it only searchs for them inside the select-core folder.

I couldn’t locate grafik_qode_square function in that file with the latest version of the theme.
All the shortcodes are located in the core plugin so there’s no option to override them in the child theme because using child theme mechanism it’s only possible to override theme template files.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I add a product to the cart (either via the single product page or the product index page) and hover over the cart icon to expand the cart dropdown, the prices in it are all zero. If I go to the cart page, the prices are correct there.
The total price is calculated correctly, but the individual item prices are zero
I think that the culprit is that the apply_filters( ‘woocommerce_cart_item_price_html’, wc_price( $product_price ), $cart_item, $cart_item_key ) is applied twice in the grafik_qode_woocommerce_header_add_to_cart_fragment() function
...and in the widget() function, too

I’m afraid the new update gives a “fatal error” and broke completely the website. In my case was undefined function QodeCore/CPT/Slider/Shortcodes/grafik_qodef_loading_spinner_pulse().
I was able to go back to an old back up and reinstall the old version. I believe this needs a big fix!

We didn’t change this behavior in theme update. You are not using proper image sizes. We suggest to upload images which are 1000×1000px and then by setting dimensions for masonry when you edit each portfolio item https://www.screencast.com/t/KgIcWwxf8t they will be set to correct sizes. For example landscape will be then 1000×500px. If you choose large height image will be 500×1000px.These dimension are predefined in the theme for chosen option. Also, this probably can be adjusted for your current setting with some css code, but for that you need to contact our support at http://select.ticksy.com

I just updated the Grafik theme to the latest version (3.0.1) but it totally broke my site.
- Google fonts were not loaded. - Some pages had a weird mobile-like display with an error-message. - WP bakery buttons weren’t rendered but it showed the code instead. - Select Options were missing form the dashboard.
I re-installed version 2.0 again which set the site back to the previous state without problems but I would really like to have everything up-to-date. Do you have an explanation/solution?

New updates contain significant changes in code organization, in order to meet new coding standards, so shortcodes are now located in core plugin for example, and not within the theme.
Issue which you are encountering is probably related to missing core plugin and new version of page builder. Please after updating the theme to latest version navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and install all plugins required by the theme, and update outdated ones if any.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I followed your instructions and it looks a lot better but it won’t load any of my child-theme styles. Did you guys change class names? If so, could you please point out which?
Sorry, I was too fast. It’s the child-theme styles that load flawless. Anything I set in the Select Options isn’t working.
It is also not saving any of the changes I make in the Select Options. Looks like this is where the problem is. Do you have any idea how to solve that?
Hi, It is solved! I deactivated all plug-ins, re-installed the Select Core plugin, then it worked again, re-installed all other plug-ins and it still works.

Hi, I thought everything worked but I still found a problem after all. The values that I put in “Select Additional Portfolio Sidebar Items” are not visible anymore in the back-end and by some of the portfolio items they are even missing on the front-end. If I enter new values and I save them, they aren’t displayed in the back-end after I saved them but are in the front-end.
Do you have any idea what this can be? I already tried it with all other plug-ins disabled – no success.

Hi, I installed the update and a few problems occurred, just for your info, because maybe it can be of help to other users. 1) After updating the core plug-in all my styles were gone once again. Going to “Select Options” and click “Save changes” solved that. (I wish I tried that before uninstalling and re-installing everything twice) 2) The update brought the portfolio sidebar items back in the back-end but the entries that were lost in the previous update stayed empty. Removed from the database so to see.

A couple more issues. There’s no opening UL tags in both grafik_qode_woocommerce_header_add_to_cart_fragment() and GrafikQodefWoocommerceDropdownCart->widget() functions in the woocommerce-dropdown-cart.php file.

In the latest version of the theme, where is the QODE_CORE_VERSION constant defined? I see that the Select Core has a GRAFIK_CORE_VERSION constant, though. I think that this mismatch causes the grafik_qode_core_installed() function to always return false.
This causes the WooCommerce AddToCart buttons to not appear. if I define the QODE_CORE_VERSION somewhere in my functions.php file, the buttons appear but if click them nothing happens. No products are added to the cart.

Thanks for the update! Now the Add to cart buttons appear again. But, there’s still some issues with them. In single product pages, if I click the Add to cart button, no product is added to the cart. The buttons work in product index pages though.

The Add to cart buttons in single product pages lack the name=”add-to-cart” and value=”xxx” attributes. Maybe this has something to do with my problem.

Hi, I just bought your theme. I tried to use your Support page but GRAFIK isn’t listed as an option in your product list… weird. I only have 2 questions and I think they might be related:
