Hi, great theme. One thing we don’t like is the preloader, which takes too long. I see there is a way to switch it off, but once off – will it still show an empty page until the whole page has loaded or will it be like other websites, show the website right away and load on demand? Thank you

Just purchased the theme. After downloading sample content, WPBakery page builder doesn’t work when Revolution Slider or advanced custom fields plugins are activated. Tons of JS errors. I have to deactivate plugins to edit each page. Will this be addressed in an update?

Hi, can I ask how do I get my website to looks the same on different devices. Example the first three boxes on the home page looks differently on a laptop(1366×768) and on a desktop (1920×1080) resolution. This team meant to be responsive not sure if something missing.

Presale Question: My hosting platform, Pantheon, doesn’t allow themes/plugins to write to any file outside of wp-content/uploads/ because it has a dev, test, and live environment. Wordpress and regular themes/plugins work just fine on my hosting platform. I have many Wordpress sites on it. It’s when a plugin or theme tries to write code outside of the wp-content/uploads folder after installation. Some themes and plugins create files within hard-coded paths outside of the standard path for the given framework, which can be problematic on Pantheon. Would your theme work on my hosting platform? Thanks!

1. Is it possible to save containers to easily re-insert and edit on additional pages? This would speed up the design process.

When I Installed this new theme, I am getting demo number 1 as the primary design, I was looking for demo number 3 as the primary design. I have chosen demo number 3 while purchasing, but I got the demo number 1 instead. I have posted a ticket, no reply yet.
