Not sure what you mean by that actually. In Journal 3 we use a different slider engine, so there is only the Slider module.
I’m just trying to understand, how Slide Show worked and customized it in version 3, I want to know how , If you want to control and manage Slide Show, refer to the older version of Journal Template 2 instead of 3? Is this the right response from you?
Of course not, you had asked about Revolution Slider which is only available in Journal 2 so I assumed you were using that version.

In the category page, when trying to use the filter, it simply reload itself and don’t filter nothing. Nothing get’s logged as error, it just don’t work.

I upgraded from OC1.5 + Journal 2 to OC 3 + Journal 3 sometime ago.
How I did it.
Left the live shop running as it was. Registered another domain where I did a clean OC3 install, installed J3 and completely configured it as I wanted. Installed a whole bunch of exentions.
When everything was configured and working I hired a company that imported my products, orders, customers in the databas of the new website where I could test everything. As a final step everything was moved to my live domain. So upgrade succeeded.

I always had a question about the journal, I have been using it for years and never had a problem. My question is … suppose I install opencart 3 from scratch, delete everything … category, menu products, features etc … I remove everything (obviously not from the configuration part hahaha) .. Only with journal installed, I can do everything same only with Journal? Create products, enter some of them in the “feature” part, or should things remain in opencart? have I been clear? I do not like to leave things that I will not use, for that reason after clean installation I would remove everything that is not used. What do you recommend me to do?
Hi, you can configure your Opencart settings and catalog (categories, products, informations pages, etc) without having Journal installed. Journal installs on top of your Opencart and will work with your existing catalog and store info.
But you can also leave Journal installed if already is and just clean up your catalog. If you want to keep you current Journal design don’t forget to export it from Journal > Settings > Import/Export first.

Maybe I haven’t expressed myself. With journal … can I create product pages, catalogs, contact pages, text pages … information etc etc …? All within the journal and not within the opencart menu. I mean … once inside the opencart administration panel … I’m going to journal … and can I do all that? without using what opencart brings, but directly only what journal brings
No, those are created in Opencart, Journal will work with that data in its modules but catalog, information pages, etc is still created and maintained in Opencart.

Hello. All of the sudden I started having this problem: Notice: Undefined variable: code in catalog/view/theme/journal3/template/common/language.tpl on line 6 I have 3 languages on my site. When I leave only one on, the message disappears, otherwise it appears and the language switcher appears broken. When I hover over it, the flags appear and language switching works perfectly fine Any ideas? I have already tried clearing normal cache and vqmod cache but nothing

Hi, unfortunately that is not possible. You can hide some of them but can’t create a page pagination, except using the Carousel mode which is something else but it has the internal bullets pagination.

Hi, depends which ones you are referring to, which demo? Usually those are set as row backgrounds. Access the page builder in Journal > Layouts > Home, locate the relevant rows and edit row options (small pencil button, seen when hovering over the row).

Hello, i am facing issue with the product tabs on home page, I am using Journal 3-V2 (https://www.journal-theme.com/2/) on my site, the first tab (Feature) does not show its title but only shows when we click on it and the best rated tab is showing up in place of all products and not placed with the four tabs.

Sorry but you are referring to something else. The items per row issue has been fixed in the demo. You can display any products your want in any number of products per row at any resolution.
