Greetings, can the best sellers module be edited so its not so static it shows the same products for us from the start of the site. Can it be limited to show for the last month or last 30 days best sellers?

Hello! Im using journal2, but i have a question about the revolution slider. The site width is set to 1280, the slider is set to fullwidt. Images are with the set height of 500px, and the width is 1920 BUT when we open the site with 1920 monitor its okay, but its not opening the full slider image on smaller monitors – its cutted on both sides. How can i change that?
Hi, fullwidth sliders will crop the image, in Journal 2 there’s no way to not crop when in fullwidth since the slider will always stretch to fill the entire width of the screen but keep the height you indicate in the height option. You can perfectly size the slider image for your own screen width but your screen width is not the same as everyone else’s.

There is a bug in your 9th theme. Also in last version.

1. In your iPhone, Go to https://www.journal-theme.com/9/ with your default Safari browser 2. Go to Health&Beauty from main menu 3. Scroll down from product list. Load more than 12 products (Load 2-3 times more, so you will see 30th-35th products.) 4. Click on some products at the bottom. You may click 20th, 30th or etc. 5. Now when you are in product details page, go back to the Health&Beauty category page with back button. 6. You now only a couple of products. Neither Load Next Products, nor Load Previous Products buttons are visible. So the visitor now only see a couple of products and can’t load next or before products.
This is a long time bug and i think only exits 9th. theme. Please can you guys fix as soon as possible?

Hi, it’s not needed to disable cache for products modules, cache is automatically cleared whenever changes are made to products data in Opencart.

I would like to limit the height of the Product Page Image. I have the split ratio at 66% page split ratio, but do not want my product image to span larger than 600px regardless of the width. The swiper function is forcing the image to be too large in height. How can I restrain that?

We are facing an issue with checkout form when using chrome browser from mobile.
Actually in the lastest chrome browser 76 for android and apple ios browser when someone navigates to the checkout page, he can not fill in details in textboxes and can not complete his order. It seems that check out page is like :read only”. This happens only in mobile and not in desktop mode.

It seems that the sticky header fills with the content from Main Menu. Is it possible to have a different content for sticky header. E.g. having search in sticky header but not in Main Menu

Suggestion: Add Shuffle option to the module for banners. This way you can have random banner showing with every refresh of the page.

I have 3 banners and want to show different banner everytime when the page is refreshed. The banner module doesn’t have such an option, so I have to use the module for sliders which have a shufffle option to show slides in random order. It would be great if the module for banners have such an option too. Thank you.
You can use the slider with single sliders, just like banners. Again, not sure it’s possible to modify the banner core at this stage.

I solved it. Can you please tell me something else? In carousel where i have brands on hover it makes zoom in. I want to zoom in but don’t blur. The same thing happens in banners it zooms ad blurs. Thank you

Hi, that may refer to various buttons or links being too small but it’s just a technical opinion not always practical. If you can navigate through your mobile site comfortably and are able to click on any elements you can safely ignore that.

Hello, I have purchased Journal 2 theme in OC 3.02, some month ago and haven’t got any problem. But I actually cannot get to my website and got this message at login : “Journal Theme installation error – Make sure you have refresh opencart modifications”.
