Tour list? Can you point that out? We do have a filter for the tour grid already. You can enable that via Edit with Elementor. On the widget settings there is a switch to enable the filter bar

We received the following warning: Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in/www/wp-content/themes/embark/plugins/envato_setup/envato_setup.php on line 37 This error message indicated that Envato wants to use the “set_time_limit” function. However, this is not possible, given that our host (TransIp) have disabled their web hosting packages for security reasons.
We are not able to ignore this error and continue our process. Therefore, according to our host, only the creator of the theme can offer a possible solution by removing the use of the function therein, which brings us back to you.

So you will have //set_time_limit() save and you should be fine.

We haven’t personally tested those booking platforms, but I’ll make a note to review them and we may even add some additional examples onto our live demo.

Hi, we don’t yet have custom search features built in but it’s something that we are considering for a future release.
The standard built in WordPress search works, but the results don’t appear in the way you’d likely want and the features are limited.
1. I can’t setup like how the live preview show, there is a new user and existing user login after choosing the date
2. After request booking, cant proceed to check out page. How to setup to make payment.

Thanks. Do i need to downgrade my woocommerce version, since the latest version is 3.7 and the stated requirements for this templates is 3.6.x? Does it matter?
Our themes do support WooCommerce 3.7, it’s just that ThemeForest has not yet provided the tag for us to show that. So you can go ahead and use 3.7, we will update it when the tag is available
Hello, If I want to create a website where any user can sign up as a vendor or create their OWN tour and accept bookings, does this theme have the ability for users to do that? Or can only the site owner create listings?
There is a free add-on that allows agents to manage their bookings and calendars, however the admin needs to setup the page for them. Then they can manage their appointments. Cheers!

Hi! All of the sudden I am facing problems with the tours: - I cannot edit the alternative grid image. I used to be able to do that in the tour edit screen, but the the ‘Tour Grid Options’ meta box does not show up anymore. - I noticed that with some browsers the images of the tour grid are not showing up nicely one after another, but are overlapsing: https://latinspirations.com/all-latin-america-tours/ Is this due to some bug in a plugin update? The overlapping image might be due to a plugin conflict, sometimes performance plugins that use CDNs can delay image load. Can you take a look at our recommended list?

Hi, Thank for creating a good Wordpress theme. I’ve bought it and started using it to create my own website for my business now. Since I am totally a beginner to use Wordpress and to make a website, I have been consuming heaps of time. Here are some questions to get help from you.
1. Can clients choose a date in a calendar and send me just a request? What I understand after using your demo is if clients use the calendar I see in the demo, they have to finish payments to confirm bookings. What I’d like to do is after I get a request, I would like to decide whether I accept it. Or is it better to make a booking form including a date and a tour product to choose?
2. Related to the previous question, after I decide to confirm bookings and send a confirmation email, can I add a link for the payment by using Woocommerce? I have still no idea how to use Woocommerce?

So I think this is what you are talking about.
2 – Good question. I think you would have to set that up a bit differently but I’m sure that’s possible. I just don’t know if they WooCommerce payment will be tied in with the booking, you may need to do that as a separate step?

1 – You might be able to use the WooCommerce add ons or the WoCommerce variable pricing to add services to your order. We haven’t tested this yet. However, you can see variable pricing in action on our live demo.
2 – You may be able to use a WooCommerce extension for this as well. We haven’t tested anything yet.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have used Elementor coming soon page. It still shows header & footer but the good thing that all the links on header/footer are disabled.

Hi, that’s great to hear.
1. Generally speaking yes, though as with any theme some formatting may appear different.
2. The main option if you want to use the bundled booking system is to state the length of tour (one week, etc) and then use the option to hide the end date, so that the customer is just selecting the start date.
3. Generally it appears as shown in the demo, however as another option we do have some code we can provide to make it so that the logo is centered and the menu appears also centered, directly below it.
4. Yes there are widgets included for tabs and accordions if you want to put content into those elements.
5. We include styling for the Formidable plugin, but any form plugin can be used and you can place them anywhere on any page.
