Hi There.I love the theme layout. I just can’t get it to load the demo content. It gets up to 90% and stays there all day. I know the message says to have patients, but it’s like it’s broken. Help.

Thanks for writing in.

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Theme Core/CPT and Slider Revolution (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).

Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Theme Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.

Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.

Before that, please check your server resource settings. Check/increase these MASTER values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

You can use this plugin in order to check it >> https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/

After you do this, you can try to import the demo.

Also, note that when importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately. To import a RevSlider slideshow from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import. Search for some-slider-X.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / xml export folder and import that demo’s slideshow.

I would like to remove the languages completely, how do I do that? this theme is very complicated to customize…...also, the frontend editor button is not there, why is that?

1. Just go to Appearance → Widgets → navigate to Header Top Right widget area and then remove Text Widget with HTML code for Languages.

Front-end WP Bakery editor is disabled by default because some theme elements use advanced javascript functionality, and these elements will not be displayed correctly until you save and refresh the page after adding them. But you can enable it by following the instructions from the article above.

Hi, i have bought a Burst theme and while uploading original demo all content it stops at 90%? I have increased upload memory to 256M, but still stoping at 90%

3. Each installation requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain or subdomain, you create a new instance. I can’t seem to removed the taglines on top of each page. For instants, “Be unique and make sure your website stands out from the crowd.” This has to be editable! Please help.

For that layout we use our Vertical Split slider shortcode where can add background image but not the video.

Hi when I try to edit homepage on admin site there is no content in it but visitors can see slider :( and ı can not change it

Probably page only contain slider, and usually in our themes it is Slider Revolution, so check if it is included on that page, and if that is the case edit slider itself in order to change its content. Or, maybe it is added as shortcode inside slider shortcode meta field on the page.

​Hello, The WP bakery visual composer is not working correctly with burst theme. The front end editor is not visible with burst, on of the sites I manage; however, front end editor works perfectly with other themes, using plugin same version: 5.7

Regurlarly I don´t need support, but this seems to be a bug with the theme, and I purchased theme.

Hi. I love the theme! I’ve got a problem though and it’s a tough one to crack. I am using tabs. I’m putting one portfolio category grid in to each tab. Because the tab doesn’t reload the page, the portfolios aren’t displaying properly. Under each category, there are sub categories. In stead of going to the default “show all” of the portfolio in the tab, the page doesn’t selkect a category. It just displays buggy pictures. If the page reloaded on a click event, the default “show all” would show. How can I fix this?

Hi there,

I my Visual Composer is no longer working with the most current version of WordPress, I have had to roll back my version of WordPress to get VC working.

I followed these instructions but it still didn’t work…

1. You can update your theme to the latest version released yesterday: http://burst.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#!/getting_started_updating_burst

You won’t loose any content , options, custom css.. everything from your WP admin remains saved! Only if you have changed some theme file directly, that change will be lost.

2. In your WP admin -> go to Plugins , deactivate and delete Visual Composer, then install and activate it again.

3. Clear cache! (don’t skip this one)

4. Update WordPress to 4.5

Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you give me some idea (not just soon) on when the new update will be available please? I asked a similar question three months ago.

The themes Woocommerce templates are outdated and I really need to update. I really love this theme, but it’s been way too long since an update.

We really don’t know the exact date of the release of the new update, however all our themes are in the process of updating, so there’s nothing to worry about. Thank you for understanding.

Regarding the WooCommerce status, it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed.

If your shop is currently working fine, then you’re all good.

How do I select certain (not all, but some) categories to be displayed in the portfolio? I want 2 on one page 3 on another etc. Thanks!
