We are interested to use this theme for our business which rents our meeting rooms. However, our we offer day rental, which means the check in and check out date is the same day. However, upon trying the demo model, it doesn’t allow me to book a room for the same day.
Another item we would like to check is, if we are able to price the room by full day rental price, half day rental price and additional hourly price?

Unfortunately our theme is not designed for that purposed so it doesn’t support multiple bookings for period of time per day.

It doesn’t required Woocommerce plugin in order to setup fully function hotel booking website.
However if you want to use some local payment gateway other than PayPal, Stripe. You have to install Woocommerce plugin so you can use all its payment gateway extensions.
But when I deactivate woocommerce plugin, no booking action is available.
