Hello, I´ve built my site with Structure theme. All was fine but now I´m working with Google Ads. The problem is that Google rejeacted the ads I made for it. The reason they gave me is that the site has malware or spam.
I have a report from Google full of links from scripts and other things from the theme. I´m sorry, I´tried to send a ticket to make this private in the support forum but my purchase code was rejeacted.
I need a solution. This is a big problem for me. I have spend time and big money to get done the website and now I need to start with advertising

In my opinion, a theme doesn’t include virus, so the issue cannot come from the theme itself. Can you tell me what exactly the message say?

They gave me a list full of links with scripts from the theme infected. I´m not saying the theme is infected with a virus but maybe the scripts have something wrong or rare that Google analysed like malware. Is any way I can send to you the report with the links so you can check it?

I have updated the theme to it’s latest version and it has added breadcrumbs to the home and contact pages and then added an extra footer menu area that I don’t want and I can’t figure out how to remove both.
For the breadcrumbs – I go to the pages and breadcrumbs are disabled and yet still showing. Please advise as soon as possible as the site is live and I am sure my client wont be pleased with these unauthorised changes. I don’t think I should have to buy support for issues that occur with regular updates?

Changes made to page.php in v6.6 is causing the breadcrumb to display on Home page even when disabled. Install prior version of page.php in child theme directory and the breadcrumb is gone. Need to fix this issue.

Please how much longer do I need to wait?
This is almost 24hrs since I bought this theme and I can’t import demo content. I have submitted a ticket still no response yet. I will have to request for a refund and buy another theme instead.
Normally, we always reply within 24 hours – it depends on the time you created the ticket. If you have purchase anything in the real world, you can understand that sometime you need to wait for your turn. So, I hope you can have patience in this case.
