This is the only website in my fleet thats not compatible with PHP 8, how much longer?

In relation to your question here, yes you can have the theme run under WordPress 5.8 . I would however recommend carrying out the update on a staging site to avoid any unforeseen issues.

the theme is compatible with version 7.2 or higher of php? Is it compatible with wordpress version 5.6.2?

Yes it is compatible with PHP 7.2. As for WordPress 5.6.2, we are yet to carry out compatibility tests with this version but should you encounter any any issues with the version, please do let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.
We are working super hard to have an update ready for the next week, meanwhile, please use this plugin to fix all the issues.
Those customers who haven’t updated WordPress yet, we highly recommend to wait till we release the update and only after that update your theme and just after that update WordPress.

It says for Image Size: Enter image size (Example: “thumbnail”, “medium”, “large”, “full” or other sizes defined by theme). Alternatively enter size in pixels (Example: 200×100 (Width x Height)).
None of this is working.

We are sorry that you are facing such an issue. First of all, please check if the Theme and its plugins are updated to the latest version. (Note! Please create Backup your website (before any major change to your site)). After that please check if you have any third-party plugins enabled which can effect the work of in-built features: try disabling them one-by-one, clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists.

Thank you for your answer. At least someone is live. I tried to contact support team more than 30 days ago – no answer. I‚m trying to build website with 1. July deadline and I‚m in the dark with many things. There is no documentation on anything in this theme. Where and how to change height of header, where and how to change css when child css is not working, where and how to change preset styles on text block…and so on and so on…

Is it possible to get a refund? Unlike others in here its full of bugs and not usable with WPbakery like said, when trying to edit pages everything moves and there are missing elements etc..

I have already contacted, seems from others that I may not get a response. I have had 3 different experts attempt to get the theme working and its buggy as hell. What are my refund rights with this as currently i’ve lost $70 .

Hi, when using the visual composer, it doesn’t display all wp bakery options? I can’t add tabs / tours etc?
when i deactivate “chade theme plugin” the default wp bakery options display, but all code is broken. how do we used theme shortcodes AND wp bakery shortcodes together like majority of other themes offer?

Hi there..
My client bought this template and i had to install it. The theme is beautifull! I mailed with lidia many times and supported very well but some issues is not solved like:
1-Copyright section you cannot change if you made changes!
2- client logos impossible to set link! She mentioned there was coming up an update! Several months later no update!
3- you can change project categories only with the stylesheet !! There more stuff like this you ll have to document self otherwise if (i hope) there is an update you will loose every changes you made.
