I want to use this theme for a gov and the one of the qualities we are looking for in the is Accessibility. Could you advice us about what will need to be done to achieve that if we use your theme?

When we were creating Polo a few years ago, we didn’t take into account accessibility. Unfortunately, this theme will not be suitable for your needs.
However we plan all future themes to correspond the accessibility standards.

If you can’t choose Polo in the ticket system, then most likely the support period for it has expired. It is 6 months by default. You don’t have to extend it if the mentioned issue is the only one you need help with.
After the error, there are given two options on how to fix it. Please, refer to this screenshot for details http://prntscr.com/p6q5yw If none of them help, let me know. and I will check your settings further.

That was an assumption about why you couldn’t submit a ticket. But it is clearly seen here that your support plan is still valid. We will check this issue tomorrow morning.

There is a problem with the sticky header.
As soon as you scroll the page, the logo image is constantly reloaded until you stop scrolling (many http requests per second). Besides the waste of bandwidth, this leads to 503 errors with some hosts (OVH being one of them), making the site unavailable.
I’ve checked and it happens on the demo site as well, not just on my website.
Can you please provide a fix for this?

A few precisions: this happens even if the header is not sticky, and apparently only in Chrome (I use the last version 76.0.3809.100 on a Mac). Does not happen with FireFox or Safari.

if i buy polo theme, i want to install it first on another domain to make the website and later create an .xml file so all texts and settings can be imported on the real website but to have less downtime i want to it this route and later change and install theme on another website and import the xml. is this possible with Polo theme?

Yes, it is possible and is allowed by regular license. But for migration purpose we recommend plugins All in One Migration or Duplicator. They will ensure your website will be migrated properly and at 100%.

Hello and great theme!
When installed and activated, it says it has outdated files for the latest WooCommerce version. When I activated the theme, the product images weren’t showing, immediately reverted to another theme and all worked fine.
I, also, think it stemmed issues with other plugins upon deactivation (had to regenerate a plugin’s API keys in WooCommerce). So I guess the question is is there an update on the horizon to be compatible with the current WooCommerce version?

However we don’t see the problem displaying product images even with the outdated templates, so probably it is a local issue.
