I’m also having demo loading problems with this theme, I’ve even tried to manually do it using data found in cache>demos. Unfortunately this project has taken quite a while to get going and my support has ended so I can’t even submit a ticket to ask for help and report a broken theme without purchasing more support. Technically importing demo contents are multiple processes which download media files from demo server to your server.
So we are using the most completed importer script available in the market. However if there is some limited setting on your server which kill importing processes when it reaches certain level of server resources usage. It’s related to your server limitation.
Normally we can try to find other workaround for you to see if it works by using other plugin to manually import content first then try to import all media files later. To see if it’s working.
But these workaround required your WordPress login information so I can try to do it for you.

Common Issues
Demo Import Fails: “Sorry but your import failed.”
If you get this error, most likely the importer can not work with your webhost. You will need to ask your webhost to increase max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M).Another thing which might solve the issue is to increase WordPress memory limit setting. Add below code to your wp-config.php before importing demo content.define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘500M’); define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘500M’ );Basically, If the limits on your server settings are very low then the content will not import.

I know how import works. But there are no files to import; neither by default from the theme nor in the package i downloaded.
I wanted to import demo 4.
Generally you can import from Theme Setting > Demo Import without uploading any import file. You just select demo you want to import.
But if you want to find import XML file. You can find it from theme’s /cache folder.
