I’ve purchased this theme and it says Revoultionary Slider and Visual Composer is included in the order, although the license purchase code isn’t included nor does its automatically populate when uploading the theme , how can i get this resolved.

We’re not quite sure what you want to achieve. If you disable WooCommerce plugin you won’t have the possibility to add or showcase products. If you want to you can display portfolio items in a list, as seen here https://hyperon.edge-themes.com/lookbook/gallery-grid/ without WooCommerce plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me – basically I want an online shop/catalogue but my products are all customised so instead of a ‘buy’ button, i want an ‘enquire’ button. Or ‘add to cart’ then the cart is a function to send an enquiry about the selected template product, rather than to purchase goods, as that is done offline. I love this theme and all the different animated home pages, it’s perfect. But need to know if it has the functionality I need before purchasing

Our theme has the basic WooCommerce functionality which sends an item to cart when you click on “Add to Cart”. This can be see in our theme demo as well. Anything else would require modifications inside template files, which we’re not in a position to perform. Sorry about that.

HI there, thanks so much for your response, I’ve done a bit more digging and can see this type of action can be performed as part of the WooCommerce functions rather than the theme, and there are additional plugins to help with what I need.
Appreciate your messages though as this has helped me search for the right thing elsewhere.
Hopefully this means I can buy your template and use it how I need it without a hitch!

Yes, you could use officially supported extensions from Automattic to extend WC functionality. These should work just fine with our themes. If there’s anything else, please let us know!

Please note that you can import only entire demo content in Theme Options > Import (or using XML file through Tools > Import) and then go to Settings → Reading and choose desired Homepage (demo).

How do I find my purchase code? In the past with my other themes it was a tab under the download section for license purchases & purchase code but there is not a option to see this, it only allows me to download all files together at once. I have documentation, licensing, xml export, hyperon, and hyperon-child options but nothing has my purchase code.
I am trying to figure this out as soon as possible so that I can complete my ticket of having issues with the rev slider and other issues after installing demo content correctly.

Yes I am aware of those directions but that way is not working to see the purchase code. There is not a option for me to see that for some reason, since it says that I purchased it on my comment is there a way that you can help with giving me the purchase code since it was recently? For example, someone wants to buy a shirt and they may choose to buy it on Amazon, or on CafePress, or on TShirt.com? (I looked at theWooCommerce plugin page and cannot find the answer.)

There is no option to add multiple external/affiliate buttons through Theme Options. So if you want to add multiple external/affiliate links for your products, you will need to find some plugin that offers such an option. Please note that we haven’t tested any such plugin with our theme, so we can’t guarantee it’s full integration with our theme. Sorry about that.

i love the looks of this theme, i think i will change my shop to use this.. its great..BUT one thing is stopping me…i want to have a currency option at the top bar (that i can set currency myself to each spcific country and geo locate) can this be done? i cant find any good Plugins for it (to look nice) and 1 other site i see also thinking about has it looking awesome.. but i prefere your site.. please advise thanx!
