With the last update, the possibility of entering the warehouse status on the product page has been added. If I do not include anything, it is still displayed “in stock”. I would like the opencart stock status to be displayed. I need this because I have an extension that provides more stock statuses for the products available and with your last update it doesn’t work anymore! How can I solve it?

Pre sale question: i am interested to purchase your theme, currently my website is on 2.x OC version, on which some custom reports are also working on admin end, as well as some custom code for delivery. so my question is would you guys please help me out for those custom reports and delivery code to integrate into your theme as i don’t know much about OC. Hi, you can use your old catalog (categories, products) and Journal 3 supports Opencart 2.x as well.

It is not a multi-vendor theme by default but there are some 3rd party extensions that work with the theme, such as Webkul Marketplace or Multimerch.

Please, I have 2 questions:

1. My previous themes support had expired. I am starting a new project and I would buy another license as soon as possible.

There is a strange problem in product tabs: Review Tab data goes under Description data, even Review Tab title is right the Description Tab title. In English everything it’s OK. When changing language to Greek Review Tab data goes under Description Tab data. I created a new Review Tab but I have the same problem.

2. Is it possible when “asking a question” on a product, to automatically add Product Description to Message or Topic ? (Contact Form – Popup)

Hello, My name is Cosmin, i`m from Romania and i`m owner of website www.brillante.ro

Unfortunately my technical level is below average, all the administrative part was made with the help of a software guy administrator with whom I can not collaborate at this time, because it has not proved professionalism.

I managed myself for a period of time the administrative work of the website, but it seems to need support and I ask for your help. In the past, I bought the Journal Theme v2 theme that I installed on my website www.brillante.ro Over time, because I have not had the help of this IT guy who helps me with the administrative part, the version of opencart, as well as the version of you Journal Theme have not been updated.

That is why I ask for your help, and inform me your costs to help me and following below proposed steps: 1 – I give you access to my cpanel 2 – You will create another database in parallel with the location of the site at the moment. Must to migrate the product/categories/all can be migrated from present website (V2 theme) to new location website (V3 theme). 3 – need your help to update me the latest version of Opencart. 4 – need to update the theme V2 to V3/demo-11 5 – after that i will have final-edit of the new website 6 – last step is to move the new website instead of the current location of the website.

Hope i was clear. Please inform me what is the cost of this operations. Unfortunatelly i`m a user in this moment without any specialised support, and this is the reason to reaquest help from you and you are the right and professional way to do that.

Hi, unfortunately we do not provide such custom services and it is not possible to migrate from J2 to J3 and keeping your old theme options and design. The two themes are completely different and not compatible.

Can you advise how to set up tabs for each product to put product specific information in. So to clarify, the content of the tab would be different for each product. I have seen how to set up a tab that shows on every product with the same information but this will not work for what I need.

Hi, you can add different content on different product pages via Journal > Product Extras > Product Tabs or Journal > Product Extras > Extra Modules. Then each module is assigned to specific products via the product rules, see:

Hello, 1. is there any possibility where we can show assigned categories on product page. 2. Is there any option which can help showing pre-orders. Right now we have made a category of Pre-order and showing that way. But is there any possibility where we can do it via product listing directly. Plugins are there but when we do bulk uploading that doesnt help.

No one on the Opencart forum will give advice on Journal themes. I guess I will have to pay £36.05 for one question from the Journal team.

Creating multiple stores in Opencart is not Journal advice, once you have a new store created you can follow our docs to create different skins and modules to be applied on that store: https://docs.journal-theme.com/docs/workflow/multistore/

Hi. I have infinite scroll active in: Admin > Journal > Skin > Default > Product Listing > Pagination / Infinite Scroll

But if I visit a category with many products, then don’t load. I only get the 12 products. No indication that I have reached the end of the list, and no extra products get loaded.

Must I enable something else, elsewhere?

Support renewal is necessary in cases where such modifications are needed and it must be done through Envato as we’re exclusive here and cannot provide the theme or support outside the Envato ecosystem.
