I have noticed on my website, created with Hotel Master theme, some strange flickering when trying to scroll.
The interesting part is that it doesn’t appear on all pages.
Do you have any idea where might be the problem?

Hi, right now with your template, when we are on a individual room page, the reservation form in the right is not a reservation form for the individual room, but for all rooms. The problem is when a visitor is on a room page, he would like to know when this room is available.
So is it possible ?

Yes, the reservation form applies to all rooms, the dates in it will only be blocked/grayed out if all the rooms are booked on that particular date.
Individual room availability has to be checked in the booking page.
So you confirm that this is not possible to blocked/grayed dates on the individual room to be able to see where this room is available ?

can it have exclusive services for specific rooms by type now? because i see the changelog there’s “add service by room option”

Yes, you can do that by using iCal feature. However, note that this method only work when you have one room amount per one room type. For example, if you have room type A with 2 rooms, this won’t work. But if you have room type A,B,C but you have 1 room per each, this will work.

Unfortunately, this theme is not Woocommerce based so it won’t work with Woocommerce payment gateway.
In this case, you have to hire a coder to customize the theme directly.
Hi there! I was wondering if there is a chance of not using the booking system but still use the rooms grid and details and the rest of pages. As the booking system is hold with an esternal service is there a way of adding a script to embed the booking component as well? Many thanks. Vero

Yes, you can disable our booking system and just use the rooms grid. You can add any external booking script in our page-builder as well

Yes, you can disable the payment in the booking form.
There’s no option to delete any fields though, we might be able to help disable some fields using custom css.
Not sure if your authorize.net update is working. I’ve had your theme since 2016 and it works amazing, except for the authorize.net right now. It is giving me a server error 500, and transactions are not going through. I do not think it’s fair to have to pay support if your update for authorize.net is not working after your laters theme update. I understood but please note that our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
Please note that our support scope doesn’t include theme customization(including payment gateway adding)

If for the content in Elementor it should be fine but please note that the room in this theme is custom post type so you may have to import one by one for each post. Also you have to set up the pricing in each room setting as well : https://take.ms/HBz9y

Actually, we already have that option.
So when customer only books, admin will need to contact back to them about further payment information and that will allow customer to pay on arrival.

Elementor is WordPress page builder so yes, it’s on WordPress. But the page builder is different than our page builder(GoodLayers Page Builder).
However, note that you can’t just transform the existing site to Elementor with one click. Elementor prebuilt page only comes with new demo but if you want to use Elementor with existing site, you have to set it up from scratch.
If you want to see how the new demo works, I suggest you to create a new test site(perhaps sub domain of your current site) and install and import the new demo content. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkpUxYyEpUg
So essentitaly it works the same way as Goodlayers it’s just that you’ll have to build your website from scratch like you would do if you are purchasing it for the first time like i did when i bought goodlayers hotel master?
