Hello, here are some pre-sale questions (I apologize for the number of questions):
1) Is it possible to test the backoffice?
2) How is the photo uploaded? Is the photo uploaded in the largest format and does the theme make the other predefined sizes or are the photo variants (in size) sent separately?
3) how is it possible to protect the photo? In the demo, if you click on the magnifying glass, the site shows a large photo that is totally unprotected.
4) Is it possible to apply a watermark to the public photo? Can a watermark be applied to the photo we see on the website, but leaving the purchased photos without a watermark?
5) What payment methods are available?
6) Can any user sell photos? Does the purchase money always go to the admin or does it go directly to the seller user’s paypal?
7) Does the user have a panel with the purchase history?
8 ) Does the theme support WPML?
9) How does the theme behave with a very large image bank?
10) I see that the theme has only one version released in August last year. Is this theme in development? When is a new version due?
11) Does the theme support the most common cache plugins?
12) Can the customer download the photos more than once? After being purchased, are they always available on the customer panel?

2. Each photo has a thumbnail, it’s a featured image of the product, it is uploaded via WordPress dashboard. Product can be be uploaded either via Media library or external URL. You can create a variable product with different image size – then a customer will be able to choose the desired variation.
3. By default, the theme doesn’t include such feature, you will need to install additional plugins to enable it.
4. By default, there is no watermark feature built into the theme, you will need to use additional plugins that will allow you to do this.
5. By default, WooCommerce supports the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer
- Check payments
- Cash on delivery
- Paypal
6. The theme is bundled with WC Marketplace plugin. This free multivendor marketplace plug-in allows you to build an online eCommerce store, where multiple merchants, vendors, traders or sellers can sell goods or services to customers in no time. About question 4) Please confirm if is it possible to use an external plugin to protect the “featured image” of the product / photo? If so, can you suggest a particular plugin or plugins that can do the trick?
My client considers your theme to be excellent and sufficient for his project, but he is concerned with the fact that the photos are fully exposed, but a situation where a watermark would be assigned to the featured image would solve it.

Any updates? I love this theme but it looks like there is a lack in updates.
Well a huge indicator of purchasing a theme is updates/bug fixes/new features and the fact that it was released a year ago and nothing has happened has made me go somewhere else.
You should really look into reading books about buyers psychology because your theme is beautiful and has A LOT of potential on selling and becoming a top seller in the digital marketplace niche but the lack of updates simply makes it a no brainer and is RED FLAG to users.
Just saying. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on here and thats one of the first things I look for, is steady updates. Doesnt have to be crazy updates but at least a few every year.

Hi, I want to purchase this theme. However, I have 2 queries: 1- When I click on sign in in your demo website, I don’t see any difference bewteen a customer register form or photographer register form. This is important for a marketplace. 2- Photographers will upload their photos and we will sell 72dpi, 150dpi and 300 dpi resolutions. So, since your theme works with woocommerce, how we will force to them in order to upload those 3 resolutions? I mean, can I pre-configure those 3 variations?

1. “Sign in” form in the header is a regular WordPress registration form. If there’s a need you can create different form for Vendors.
2. WooCommerce plugin allows to create a variable product (for example, 3 image resolutions). You will need to enable “Approve Vendors Manually” option to make sure that the product uploaded by the vendor meets your needs. To ensure that all 3 resolutions are uploaded, it is better to create a page with vendor management policy.

By default, WooCommerce plugin doesn’t offer catalogue mode, however you can install additional plugins to enable this feature.
Alternatively, you can disable WooCommerce plugin and add the images as regular posts – you can also create categories and tags for these posts. The theme is bundled with Essential grid plugin – it gives lots of options for creating galleries.
Sure, the pages are fully customizable with user-friendly Elementor builder.

Hello, I actually purchased this theme as recommended by someone I hired to set up for me and have been trying to have it configured. How I thought this site would work was vendors upload based on the various licenses and pricing tiers available, we approve in the back end and they get a pay out once they have reached a sales threshold from the company.
But what I realized after is that each vendor manages their images and payments. So my question is, how do you as the site owner put controls?
Also, is there any other type of support for this theme? Right now it’s email with a 12 -24 hour response. I tried Facebook but similar delays. Have an issue with uploading images. Hoping you can help. Thanks.

We used WooCommerce plugin in the theme – each stock image is a product. You can create a downloadable product – in this case the link to the video download will be sent to the customer after purchase. However please note that by default, WordPress doesn’t support featured video, only featured image.

By default, there are no such features as photographer name and number of likes/downloads. Alternatively, photographer name can be added as a tag or attribute.
WooCommerce plugin allows to create a downloadable/digital product – the link to download such products is available in the account. If you want to bypass the checkout to download your free products, you will need to install additional plugins.
